I would like to take the time to express my deepest appreciation for the Criswell Dodge dealership in Thurmont Md. On Monday June 22nd my wife and I along with our two grand daughters were traveling be appreciation for the Criswell Dodge dealership in Thurmont Md. On Monday June 22nd my wife and I along with our two grand daughters were traveling between upstate NY and our home in xx. Marys GA when my Ram 3500 pulling at 42 foot 5th wheel trailer developed a serious front hub issue. We pulled into the Criswell Dodge dealership to see if they could service the issue. I talked with the service manager Keith Williams and he made things happen. Keith was very professional, very accommodating and really took the time to see if he could fit me into his busy schedule. Keith took us right in, directed us to a great restaurant for breakfast as they went to work to get us back on the road. Brandon Lowe was the mechanic that diagnosed the problem and did the needed repairs. Front hubs, speed sensors along with front brakes and rotors. Brandon did a great job and quickly got us in and out. Criswell Dodge is a top notch dealership in my opinion, Keith and Brandon are great assets with customer satisfaction as their number one priority.
