Communication!!!!!!!! Bad Experience when I went to purchase a Jeep This is one of the worst car dealership's I have ever experienced. I negotiated with a sales person Yakov he was nice and we talked about the price, f This is one of the worst car dealership's I have ever experienced. I negotiated with a sales person Yakov he was nice and we talked about the price, finally I went to the dealership to make my final offer then he went to talk to his sales manager 'Walter' to see if he can make it happen then Walter came and tried to show me their papers basically they are not saving anything all that sales demo, which we usually see often from the sales guys, on top of it Walter said if it was me it would have been 1k more than what Yakov offered. Either ways I was motivated to buy, but at the end I asked to see if they can reduce 456$, then immediately Walter stood up and said if you walk out of the door I will be paying 1k more than what they offered and he told me that couple of times, that started ticking me off then on top of it he told me it is the last time we are meeting then he walked away. That's it, I never wanted to enter into that dealership if I had to deal with that guy even if they give it for free. Basically the tone and the guy was super rude, he humiliated me. I was shocked to have such kind of people working as a Sales manager. I thought may be they got him from the street with no skills no education, no courtesy to the customers, forget about sales manager if it was me I don't even have him as a sales guy near any customer. I really wanted to get the car, drove all the way from Arlington to Criswell 45 min drive to get the jeep with 6k deposit, but he pushed me away not to get it with his attitude, then I just smiled walked out and got a car the same day 115$ more discount price than what I would have paid from another dealership. End of the day attitude is imp, if the guy was little nicer I would have paid what he asked and got the car but instead the guy was super arrogant and rude. I sincerely request any one of you reading this save your self dealing with this guy there are other dealerships who value your money and can give the customer service you deserve, instead of being humiliated. More

Andre went above and beyond to take care of me and get me a way home. He was courteous, professional, and pleasant. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with him. His service has gone a long way to mending my relationship with this dealership--a relationship that had broken down and become rather disappointing. I rated the dealership as 5 stars because i did not want a review of this associate to be tainted, and I could not review Andre without reviewing the dealership. However, my overall experience with this dealership has been quite poor and I would not recommend, though this experience has helped More

Sales lied and didn't care to attempt to resolve Started out a great experience. Drove 2 hours to look at vehicles. Found one we liked. Filled out loan application and everything went smooth until we Started out a great experience. Drove 2 hours to look at vehicles. Found one we liked. Filled out loan application and everything went smooth until we inspected car before we left. Found defective paint area on the roof. Instead of trying to address the issue then, they said they would "put it in the system" and we could go to a closer dealer to our home. Tried that and it was a big fail. Turns out if they would have called or checked they would have been told as I was that it is a manufacturer defect and found on the lot so they were required to fix it, no other dealership could cover the warranty. Since I had to make the extra, unplanned trip back to MD it costs me 4 hours of a day off to get it there and it will cost the same to get it back. Since they basically lied to me, I felt they could compensate me a bit. They didn't want to make ANY effort. They guy at the sales manager desk acted like he could care less and since the sale was complete, my importance as a customer was gone with the sale. If there would have been any legal grounds I would have let them have the car back and lose a customer. My advise to anyone going there is get everything in writing (not just sales terms) as it could all be another lie to make a sale. More
