Sue, This Dealer NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!!! is very disappointed when they never returned your call when they tell you they will call you back drop my car Wed. 2/16 and Friday 2/17 got a call that my Jeep will be available Monday or Tuesday 2/20 did not hear anything from your dealer until I called on Thursday 2/22 and spoke with Oscar who told me he will call me back. never heard from him until someone else called me Saturday 2/25 to tell me my car will be ready Monday 2/27 I got a call Monday at 4:50 PM that my car was ready. It is very sad if I did not have any other transportation what will I do? Also if I just purchase my 2015 Jeep and had to take for Warranty work it should be given priority. by the way is the second time taking the car to the dealer and the experience gets worst each time!!!!!! I'm ready to go to Better Business Bureau or seek legal advise!!!
