Thank you for the very impersonal, vague, and not at all apologetic stock response to the issues which I have raised. In reading your response, in looking at your website, in reading other reviews of your staff, and from personal experience, it is obvious that the emphasis of the organization is to sell cars and nothing else. The organization needs to connect with all of its customers, and not just the ones buying a new car. You are only as strong as your weakest link. It speaks volumes that your "director of Customer Relationship Management" is only a lower case "d" Director, does not have a name, and can not be found on the website's staffing list. Director of customer relationship management is obviously a lot of empty words and does not have any pull in this organization. On the website, it is the Sales People who rule! I just pity the next customer who needs to get some service done.
