It has taken 3 months to repair a sunroof with very little follow-up. The lesson learned for us, investigate the competency of the service and body shop before you purchase a new car. My ratings below are a blended reflection of both experiences. More

He answered all our questions without referring us to the manual like many salespeople do. He didn't pressure us for a sale (we just debated the price, of course) and we didn't feel rushed or ignored. A positive experience. More
