My car buying process goes like this: Step 1 - I ask "The Google" lots of questions and read a lot of websites, reviews, blogs, etc. Step 2 - I ask the sales rep a lot of questions Step 3 - I request quotes via email from a lot of dealers Step 4 - Based on the information I collect in Steps 1, 2, and 3 ... I narrow down my wish list ... and go back to step 1. i.e. Rinse and Repeat until done! By the end of the process, I make absolutely sure I am comparing apples and apples. I request the identical quote from every dealer via email. My process can drive sales reps and their managers CRAZY. Several have blown me off after just a few interactions. They stop answering the mail! Or better yet, I get the "if you want a quote, you will have to come into the dealership and talk to my manager" ... Like YEAH, RIGHT! I'm going to just jump in my car and sit in Washington, DC traffic because the Sales Rep is being manipulated by a Manager who doesn't get it that people shop online nowadays! Really! Well ... Not my sales rep at Criswell Jeep in Gaithersburg, MD ... Leon Travers ... What a great find! As it turns out, Leon is also a detail oriented guy. He actually gets excited about working with detail oriented people. I can't wear this guy out! Of ALL the sales reps at ALL of the area dealerships, Leon was the ONLY ONE who never got tired of my questions and the worked with his management to get me the best price. I highly recommend Leon and his management and would absolutely buy a car from Leon and Criswell again. And I change my mind and repeat More

After 5 shady salesmen in the other dealerships, I met Mike Long. He was the most professional and knowledgeable sales rep I have ever dealt with. He knows all of the products and them some. He was solid and straight and to the point. He worked with me to find what I wanted at the price I could afford. The other dealerships in northern VA were swindlers and I just about gave up on Jeep until working with Mike. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a Chrysler vehicle, go see Mike!
