We do not post a lot of reviews and I never have written a review of a dealership's service department, but our experience clearly stands out as just top-rate and we felt inspired to comment. Not saying that other service agents at other dealerships lied to me, but Vanessa knows her stuff and doesn't waste my time. Any negative reviews of Vanessa should be based on the dealerships level and lack of ability to service vehicles efficiently, not on her. An oil change should not take 2 hours, so to review her negatively isn't fair when she isn't the one doing the oil change. She's only the first step of the service center process and she can only rely on the information given to her from the mechanics and such. More
