Poor Customer Service @ Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge My 2013 RAM 1500 has been having issues with the rear door lock and I wanted to get it fixed or at least make an appointment to have it inspected. I d My 2013 RAM 1500 has been having issues with the rear door lock and I wanted to get it fixed or at least make an appointment to have it inspected. I drove 26 miles to this dealership from my house because of all the positive Google reviews. When I arrived, Mario Diaz was the only service consultant who was working. I told him about my situation and he said that the dealership's service department was backed up and that if I wanted an appointment, I would have to wait two weeks. I asked him if I could bring the vehicle on a Saturday, and he said they reserve Saturdays for walk-ins and handle mainly express lube services on that day. During this whole time, he had a horrible attitude and was becoming increasingly rude. I then confirmed by asking him that if I wanted to get this fixed on the truck soon, I would have to go to another dealership, but he responded back that I was "putting words in his mouth," and that he said "if I wanted to get the truck fixed, I would have to wait two weeks". His abominable attitude and atrocious customer service reflect poorly of this dealership. I have owned many automobiles and worked with many dealers. For example, EuroMotorCars in Bethesda, MD is a testimony of excellent customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend the service department of this dealership. More
Extremely pleased owner of Dodge Grand Caravan The process started, I found a van on the really nice Criswell website. Then I got in touch with David Coggin an excellent Commercial Sales Associate. David worked with the sales manage Ale to check availability and pricing for me. I live pretty far away by Dulles Airport. David was kind enough to give me a ride with him to work today to pick up my new van. He was extremely thorough in explaining how his dealership does business, the service and also the features of my new van. David & Ale were extremely professional and treated me with respect and value. Next on to the finance office (usually the thing I hate most about buying a car), I met a gentleman named Dan Leithauser. Dan was extremely pleasant, informative, patient, just really did nice job. I think our company 495 HVAC in Alexandria will be purchasing 2 or 3 more work vans here shortly. I really cannot commend the Staff a Criswell Dodge enough. More

I made a web i We were looking for a new Fiat and after reading some dealer reviews decided to try Criswell even though there were two dealers nearer. I made a web inquiry at 9PM on a Sunday. Within 15 mins Hyder contacted me. I was used to dealers closing at 5PM in Michigan so this was a shock. Throughout the whole process all the people we met at Criswell were the best we have come across in a dealership. I always wondered why the world beating American customer service standards never made it to the auto industry but these guys are the exception. Hyder was very helpful without pushing us into a decision, he even came in on his day off to help us pick up the car. Jamie worked with us on the price and explained all the details clearly so we really understood what we were paying for. We love the car and hope the service matches up to the sales experience. Well worth the trip. More

The truck is near perfect they offered me $22,000 to $22,500 .They have a 2012 with 45,000 on it for $30,000 what's wrong with that picture. Are they for real OR JUST OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. I will not recommend this dealer or any of it's sales people, they just suck . More

He kept a middle ground between being available to answer questions and view cars, and not being too pushy to invade my space. Other dealers kept bothering me with calls and emails. Armand followed-up, but did not bother me like the other dealers. In the end I got the car that I was looking for at a good price. I am very pleased with the service Armand provided. More

The sales representative Mr. Hyder AL wonderful guy, professional, great customer service, multi tasker, patient with my child. I purchased a 2014 Fiat POP I had a 2013 Fiat Abarth. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. Hyder work so hard for us, he paid attention to our needs and the we had a budget. Thank you! More

The car buying process can be lengthy but it was painless working with Leon and the finance folks. I was out the door with my new car in about 2-3 hours. I've had the car about 5 days now and don't regret my purchase one bit! More
Worth the call and the drive!! I found Criswell searching on ebay and made a call after contacting a few local dealers about a 2014 leftover 500 . I talked Hyder many times and he was great - gave me his cell phone number and was available at all hours to answer questions. After some discussions (about two weeks of discussions) on the model and options of a leftover 2014 GQ Hyder handed me over to Jamie (sales manger) to get me an out the door price. Jamie beat every other dealer with in 250 miles by at least $1,500. I gave a $500 refundable deposit to hold the car. 7 days later I rented an uhaul auto transport carrier - hitched it up and made the 4 1/2 hour drive from Northern NJ. Hyder and Jamie were great no games, no issues.... Hyder walked me through the car - I agreed to go through with the purchase and they introduced me to Dan in finance. Dan was great, my quoted out the door price from Jamie was the exact selling price, then Dan beat my loan rate that I had from Bank of American - he briefly went over a few extra's, with NO HARD sell... all done in and out from the time I walked in the door to loading up the new car in about 90 minutes. Hyder was extremely professional and polite - he even helped me load the car onto the trailer! I am no newbie in working with dealerships as I have purchased over 40 cars in my life and I will say this was an amazing experience. I have never had a end to end buying experience this pleasant before. If your thinking about buying a Fiat make the call - ask for Hyder - then make the drive. You will not be disappointed. More
