He works as team with Hyder and we could only stop by 30 minutes before closing so he let Hyder took car of us instead. Hyder was very polite, accommodating, attentive and pleasure to talk to. He stayed a little longer after closing time to let my wife test drove a car similar to the one we saw on line and took time to explain the car's features even! Richard is very responsive and pleasure to work with as well. He is quick to response to my emails and get back to me with requested information in no time at all. After a few back-and-forth emails/phone calls about the price, we came to the agreement and drove off with brand-new AutoBarth 2 days after test driving. I called Crisswel Dodge in Gathiersburg and spoke to Foster Gambrell and explained exactly what I was looking for and told him of the experience I had just had at the other dealership and he assured me my experience would be 100% different at Crisswel Dodge, so after leaving the Woodbridge Lustine I drove directly up to Crisswel Saturday evening 4/11/15. When I arrived Foster Gambrell welcomed me, took me to the Dodge Challenger that I wanted to buy and gave me an overview of the car . We then went into his office to complete the credit paperwork and talk numbers. I ended up getting a deal that was 5-6k less than what the dealer in Woodbridge were offering and also got the blue book value of my trade in! Throughout the whole time Foster was very professional to me and my family while going through the process. Once the financing was approved, he took the Challenger to get cleaned up and then helped us move all of our junk from our old car to our new car... This was one of the better dealings I have ever had at a dealer working through the car choosing, car financing and the overall process.. There was never a point that I felt like Foster was forcing me to buy or trying to hard sell me on anything... I remember an exact quote when I had told him about the Lustine dealership trying to force me to buy different cars/colors that I wasnt interested in....Foster responded "The Challenger is not a Camry" and I could not agree anymore! Worth the 2.25hr drive Jeff Boyd was outstanding from the first call. I started out by calling a bunch of dealerships, most were in Maryland only to find out that the adver Jeff Boyd was outstanding from the first call. I started out by calling a bunch of dealerships, most were in Maryland only to find out that the advertised prices included rebates that did not apply to me and all of the sales people told me they don't offer any other rebates or discounts. They did however try to get me to their dealership or sell me something other than the vehicle I called about. Then I called Jeff Boyd at Criswell Jeep. Like the other dealerships, the price of the jeep did include rebates I didn't qualify for but Jeff didn't let that stop him from giving me an awesome price on the first phone call and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. He threw together a price including all taxes tags and fees and emailed it to me within 20 minutes of our phone call. He was willing to do the financing over the phone and had everything worked out. The next day, I drove a little over 2 hours and drove my new jeep off of their lot. I was in the dealership maybe 2 hours total and if they didn't have to cut and program a key, it would have been even faster. If your looking for honesty and a buying experience without the run around xx, Jeff Boyd at Criswell Jeep is the man to go see. More
