A Job Well Done! I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a Fiat from Criswell Auto on Sunday, July 13, 2014. I was initially pretty anxious & uncertain about buyin I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a Fiat from Criswell Auto on Sunday, July 13, 2014. I was initially pretty anxious & uncertain about buying a new car because I had never purchased a new vehicle before (I had owed a couple of used cars.). I had done some research about small cars of different makes & models but kept coming back to a Fiat because of its style & pep. It felt like a “Phoebe” kind of car. When I initially went to Criswell Auto on Saturday, July 12th, I was only planning on test driving a couple of models. I knew in the back of my mind I would need to make a decision in the very near future due to the condition of my 14 year old Jetta. Arnold worked with my boyfriend & I that afternoon explaining the different models & letting me test drive both the 500 Turbo & the 500 Abarth. I immediately fell in LOVE with the Abarth from the second I turned on the engine! From the first interaction with Arnold I felt at ease & the task of purchasing a new vehicle did not seem as insurmountable. I had anticipated that the dealership would operate like many stereotypical car dealerships where the customer feels pressured and rushed to buy a car. That was definitely not the case at Criswell Auto. Arnold spent a good part of the afternoon with me and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured to buy. His calm demeanor & approachability made for a lovely, relaxing & fun afternoon. He went over some preliminary financing options which was extremely helpful because I wasn’t sure if the Abarth was in my price range or if I would have enough money saved for a down payment (should I choose to purchase the vehicle). Everything came together so nicely & purchasing an Abarth was attainable. I decided that I did not want to wait to purchase a vehicle so Arnold set up a convenient time on Sunday to complete the paperwork so I could happily drive away in my new Abarth! Sunday was equally as nice. All of the staff members from Criswell Auto that I interacted with were pleasant, calm & helpful. Sure enough Sunday afternoon I drove off in my beautiful Abarth! A Big Thanks to everyone (especially Arnold) at Criswell Auto! I would definitely recommend the dealership to a family member/friend who is in the market to purchase a new vehicle! Cheers! More

New Car Lease We had just started our search for a Jeep. We have never owned a Jeep before, so we had ideas in our head of what we were looking for but we really di We had just started our search for a Jeep. We went a different dealership, but they just didn't seem interested in making a deal with us. Armand was very helpful in our search for the exact Jeep that we were looking for. Even though he didn't have the exact Jeep we wanted at the dealership, he offered to search for us and found a few that we may have been interested in. After talking to us more about the Jeeps, he persuaded us to test drive another Jeep just to see if we liked it. We thought we wanted a soft top, but test drove a hard top and fell in love. Armand was never too pushy and got us what we wanted. We weren't able to do the deal the same day, but Armand definitely never gave up on us, and we ended up with a Jeep that was much better than if we went with the first dealership. We extremely happy with what we got and will definitely go back to see Armand again! We had great customer service, and really we did not to spend that much time at the dealership. We felt very comfortable the entire time, and never felt pushed into something we really weren't interested in. More

I make these statements with confidence due to previous, and recent experience at the Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center. Every employee I encountered treated me with a friendly, polite attitude. It's quite clear that customer satisfaction ranks as the highest priority at this establishment. I would like to extend a specific "thank you" to my Service Adviser, Mario Diaz for his genuine demeanor and grasp of true customer relations. All issues with my vehicle were thoroughly explained, service options were provided and promises were kept. What else could a customer ask for? I was completely satisfied with my service and will return to the "dealership" for all my vehicles needs. More
