For reference, I rate my previous vehicle-buying experiences at dealerships other than Criswell as good. However, my experience thus far with Criswell is EXCELLENT. Customer service is clearly a pri experiences at dealerships other than Criswell as good. However, my experience thus far with Criswell is EXCELLENT. Customer service is clearly a priority at this location. I dealt with Leon Travis. He treated me with respect and patience. I started my purchasing experience with the Jeep Patriot in mind. Leon never once tried to push me toward a different vehicle or extra features. Even after I transitioned to purchasing a Jeep Wrangler, he always worked to answer my questions in detail. As I'm a first time Wrangler buyer, he also asked thoughtful questions regarding my own preferences and plans for a Wrangler. These questions and their answers greatly influenced my model selection. Based on my market research, Leon quoted me fair prices for both my trade in and new Wrangler without any haggling. Even after placing an order for a Wrangler, Leon Travis and Sam Hall worked diligently to make last minute changes to my vehicle options and never once showed signs of frustration. Really, they demonstrated extraordinary dedication to pleasing their customers. If you are looking to buy a Jeep in the metro DC area, I highly recommend this team. More
I was shopping for a good deal on a fuel-efficient car in the Corolla/Sentra/Mazda 3 class. I hadn't considered a Dodge Dart, but I saw one advertised for a good price in a circular in Philadelphia while tr the Corolla/Sentra/Mazda 3 class. I hadn't considered a Dodge Dart, but I saw one advertised for a good price in a circular in Philadelphia while traveling, so I used my Costco membership to match me with a Dodge dealer near where I live in Maryland. Well, it matched me with Criswell in Gaithersburg and I live 35 miles away from Gaithersburg in Landover. At first, at the price I was quoted on the 2013 Dart (new, but still on the lot), I didn't think it would be worth the time and expense of travelling that far to test drive the car. I didn't expect much since I was unfamiliar with the Dodge brand, but Mike Long patiently explained how the Dart differed from the other vehicles I had considered and why I should make the trip. In the end, I made the trip. I absolutely loved the Dart. It was everything he said it would be. He was right. It was worth the trip and he worked with me on the price, so it was worth the money as well. I give this dealership high ratings because they didn't mislead me or waste my time and they treated me with great courtesy. More

I verified timely shuttle service(3 times), and arrived 15 minutes early. My Service partner took my keys and information and aked me to take a seat for at least 30 minutes to await a shuttle. The shutte arrived about 70 miutes later. My service partner told me it was hours of work to do the parts replacement. I smiled and accepted my lot, and cut my lost time to 90 minutes so far. I borded the shuttle, and took a 5 minute drive to next pitcher plant, jutting out of the pavement: this one beacons the Chevy owners to share my fate. My shuttle driver got a call while waiting for the next patron. We were headed back to the Dodge shop to get more victims. I exited at this point-stage right, and walked the 1.3 miles back to my office. Nice weather in Maryland this week: polar vortex and all. 3 HOURS ELAPSED: My associate called me back: they will need to re-schedule because this visit only permitted the shop to make measurements. They needed a few more weeks to perform this scheduled recall due to lacking the right parts. 'Dodge central office was really backed up, and Criswell Dodge could never be blamed for corporate's poor planning.' Me: fine, can you have the shuttle come pick me up? Him: do you want their number, you can call them... Me: I will be there within the hour to pick up my vehicle. So I roll in, asking another co-worker to take 20 minutes out of his day to help me in my plight. I arrive about 45 minutes after my call with Will. He is not there, and since it is lunch hour, there is only one service percson, handling the lunch rush. I explain my situation, and he send a minion to retrieve my keys and fetch my ride. (I checked for the location of the vehicle, and left my coworker standing at the curb: who knows what could happen next?) This poor kid (minion) can't handle the truck, and the delewrship has managed to block the truck in with no less than three other vehicles. (sing refrain here). I send my colleague back to work. He doesnt have enough pocket change for bail. I responded to a query from the floor manager about my loitering. He got the message, and suggested he had some things to work on. I took the keys from the minion, extracted my vehicle from it's landlocked state, and cruised back to my place of work (all the while knowing that Chrysler has issued a safety recall for my front suspension and steering: un-remediated). Oh yeah: they lost the recall paperwork. I guess Io can always call Chrysler for another copy before I take an unexpected right angle to traffic driving home tonight. STAY AWAY: this is a CF. More

An overall good experience working with Bryan Smith as our main point of contact. Wait was longer than expected, but I realize that was because of the delays in the auto shop for detailing the car and had our main point of contact. Mike Long was fabulous to do business with on our new SRT8! He was upfront, honest, and straightforward. I can't even begin to put into writing how truly refreshing that is! He is SRT Certified, and ext SRT8! He was upfront, honest, and straightforward. I can't even begin to put into writing how truly refreshing that is! He is SRT Certified, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and all of their features. He even took the time to walk us through a demo after-hours, and after the deal was already done. The dealership environment was inviting and whole team friendly even on what seemed to be a busy day for them. The management worked quickly and fairly on the price, and the finance person got us a great rate. This was probably the smoothest car sale from start to finish that I've ever done, and Mike worked to make it as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend Mike and the team at Criswell and would give them our repeat business in the future without a doubt. More
Mike Long worked tirelessly to get me into the new 2014 Jeep SRT8 I was looking at. I was looking to trade my 2012 Jeep SRT8 and had a goal price/trade in mind. I had two other offers that were better than Criswell's, but Mike worked my numbers and emails to the bone until his Boss cracked. My family drove down on a weekend and were leaving in less than 2hrs after Mike looked at my trade, cleaned the new vehicle, and we signed the paperwork. Very happy with Mike, his Boss's willingness to give the best deal, and the dealership's environment. Will give Mike and Criswell the first chance to sell me a new car in the future if they have what I am looking for. More
Anybody in the Metropolitian area interested in any type of car should check out all of Criswell Automotive inventory, they sell everything! I actually purchased a 2013 Fiat Gucci Edition and I LOVE IT. My husband purchased my car for my birthday. My sales consultant Hyder was very patient with us and not pushy. Hyder work with us for 2 months prior to us purchasing. Hyder- Sales, Giles-Sales Manager and Dan - Finance Manager were all a pleasure to work with and they made us feel like family, not just another sale. We have very busy work schedules and live 30 miles from Criswell Fiat in Gaithersburg. We had a few different fiat dealers contacting us to purchase, but I locked Hyder's office number in my phone and didn't pay any attention to the other dealers around the area constantly calling. I made up in my mind that I would be loyal to these guys and purchase from them. We consider ourselves Criswell family now. Any potential purchasers that would like to speak with me direct, feel free to contact me at 703-470-7250. Mrs. Washington More
We went to Criswell Fiat of Gaithersburg because they advertised online a car we wanted. We corresponded with Arnold Garcia online and ultimately we went to the dealership, test drove the car, but then c advertised online a car we wanted. We corresponded with Arnold Garcia online and ultimately we went to the dealership, test drove the car, but then couldn't decide if the car was right for us, and we left. Arnold Garcia continued to help us after we left that day and he took the time to answer questions we had, and in fact, he was so helpful that went back to the dealership a couple of days later and purchased the very same vehicle. We couldn't be more happy with our new car and the buying experience we had. This was hands-down the best vehicle buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The sales personnel who assisted us were friendly, helpful, and we felt that they were straight shooters who didn't insult us by playing the sales games that are usually practiced at most dealerships. The manager, Giles Bibic, was friendly, helpful, and approached us after the deal was signed and we were about to leave to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were happy. This dealership and its management are top-notch and I would not only buy another car from them, but also recommend them to anyone who is in the market for one. More
This was not our first car buying experience but it was definitely the BEST! Leon Travis was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was truly amazing! We visited multiple dealers prior to our purchase. Cr definitely the BEST! Leon Travis was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was truly amazing! We visited multiple dealers prior to our purchase. Criswell was the first to make us feel at ease/comfortable with the car buying experience thanks to Leon. They were responsive and approachable. Leon's follow through can not be compared. Dan in finance also worked really hard to get payments where we wanted them. We love our new Jeep! Thank you Criswell team, our new car buying home. More
