This past Sunday I was out looking at cars. I had a decision to make, would it be Mazda Miata, Mini Cooper, VW GTI or A Fiat Abarth? I had looked at the first three. I wasn't expecting them to be open, to my surprise they were. When I went inside the atmosphere was very professional, the salesman Rod Heskee who helped me was the best. He answered all my questions then arranged for a test ride. Needless to say after the test ride I had a big smile on my face. Whoever said bigger is better never drove A Fiat Abarth. AMAZING!!! I told Rod if they came up with a good price they had a sale. Within about 10 minutes the numbers were presented, no haggling, no running back and forth to sales manager to get the lowest deal, and no sitting in the dealership for eternity. I could only say SOLD!!! I picked up my Abarth on Monday, Rod greeted me and went over all the features of the car in a very professional manner. Also Giles Bibic the sales manager makes you feel welcome. That very day when I returned home after riding around for awhile, there were emails from Criswell Fiat doing a follow up. Then on Tuesday another followup to schedule my first oil change in 6 months. I have to say never in all my years of buying cars has any dealer been that thoughtful. I spoke with Fredrick McKinney who was more than willing to answer all of my questions, despite the fact that I did not even give him my name. He even called me back to confirm that the vehicle was still on the lot and give me the stock number. Because of his customer centric attitude, the next day I called back put a hold on the car and made an appointment to visit the dealership on Saturday. On Saturday, my husband and I drove to MD where we were eagerly greeted by Giles Bibic and were helped by Arnold Garcia. They had our Fiat out front and ready for a test drive. The entire transaction was smooth, pleasant, and professional. Everyone on the staff was helpful with all questions that we had. Judging by the size of their dealership, we were not their only customers. However, you would never be able to tell that; they treat each customer like a priority.
