After trying to work with a local Fiat dealership, who dropped the ball, I called Criswell Fiat to check on the availability of a 500L Easy. I spoke with Fredrick McKinney who was more than willing to answer all of my questions, despite the fact that I did not even give him my name. He even called me back to confirm that the vehicle was still on the lot and give me the stock number. Because of his customer centric attitude, the next day I called back put a hold on the car and made an appointment to visit the dealership on Saturday. On Saturday, my husband and I drove to MD where we were eagerly greeted by Giles Bibic and were helped by Arnold Garcia. They had our Fiat out front and ready for a test drive. The entire transaction was smooth, pleasant, and professional. Everyone on the staff was helpful with all questions that we had. Judging by the size of their dealership, we were not their only customers. However, you would never be able to tell that; they treat each customer like a priority. We highly recommend the crew at Criswell Fiat Gaithersburg. When Fiat makes the 500L in espresso, we will be sure to make the trip back for an upgrade. Lee and Anie More

I have to say it was very nice working with salesmen that understood what I wanted, and worked to make it happen. I was originally working with another Fiat dealership and the salesperson was doing everythi understood what I wanted, and worked to make it happen. 2012 Dodge Ram. My husband and I specifically asked Carl if the truck had a full size spare since we have the tow package and we always get full size spares. Carl assured us it was a full size spare. Now we find out it is a donut and Carl is doing nothing to make it right. My husband was to get free oil changes and the first time he went they tried to charge him. Shortly after getting the truck my husband had to take the truck in because the engine would not turn over. We have had the truck in 3 times so far and Criswell does not seem to know what the problem is or how to help us. Interesting that this problem in the Dodge forum has been going on for 10 years. Criswell managers are unresponsibe, do not respond to messages or emails. Would never recommend this dealership. More

I would like to thank everyone at Criswell Fiat but especially Rod who was wonderful to work with as I purchased my Fiat 500L. I was the first one to purchase the car and drive it off the lot and every especially Rod who was wonderful to work with as I purchased my Fiat 500L. As the car had just arrived that day, Rod did his best to show me everything in the vehicle and promised to let me know if something came up. Before I even was able to make it to the dealership, Rod had let me know two models I may be interested in had arrived.
