At all times we felt very comfortable, and Fred never pressured on us on anything. Most important to us was that the cost breakdown was very transparent - we were shown each line item of the cost, so there were no surprises at the time of final sale. He answered questions promptly, he didn't make any promises that he was unable to keep, he listened to exactly what we service/deal he could for us.
