Leon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that were sold there. He took us for a test drive and was always very polite and not pushy at all. My wife found Criswell FIAT when doing a search on the FIAT website. We were looking for a particular 500 Cabrio and it looked like Criswell had one that 'fit the bill'. I spoke to Arnold first, then Giles, and was given a very, very good price for the FIAT. I was still a little leery, but Giles assured me the deal would be the same price I was quoted on the phone when I arrived at the dealership 240 miles distant. The deal went smoothly. Both Arnold and Giles were professional. Going through F&I was a breeze. I would not hesitate to recommend Criswell FIAT to anyone. I asked Giles to find me n Abarth and was told there were 8 of them coming in two weeks and he would keep me posted. Well. I went down yesterday got the car for a fantastic price, got a great trade in for my old car, and was totally blown away by the Abarth.
