Sam Hall, the General Sales Manager, met with me to evaluate my trade-in and gave me a very fair price without having to haggle. With these things agreed on, I left a deposit on the vehicle. During the next few days, Jeff Duncan helped me beat the loan rate offered by my bank, and was available for any questions or concerns I had. On Saturday we came to pick up the new Jeep, and it was all washed, gassed and ready to go. The sales paperwork was a quick and easy process. Rhonda spent time hooking up my phone to the Jeep and showing me how to use its features. Other salesman who were not part of my transaction, came up to congratulate me on my new Overland Summit, and were very friendly each time I was in the showroom. I have bought cars from Mercedes, BMW and Volvo, and this was by far one of the best sales experiences I have had. Additionally, my new Jeep is AWESOME!
