My review is mixed because I love the car and was treated with great kindness by everyone at the dealership yet I did not feel the sales person assigned to me was knowledgeable about the vehicle and somehow with great kindness by everyone at the dealership yet I did not feel the sales person assigned to me was knowledgeable about the vehicle and somehow there was a mix-up about salesmen since I initially test drove the car with a sales person from another branch of this dealership. I ended up going in for the purchase with my original sales person and felt completely comfortable with him but was less comfortable and confident in the sales folks at the branch where I bought my new car. On a minor note, I was not impressed with the preparation of my new car for delivery. The car interior was not wiped down when I arrived (although the sales person noticed this and handled it without me asking him to do so), the car's sticker was thrown on the back seat, and residue from stickers on the window had not been removed. There was rain that morning so I wasn't expecting a perfect exterior, but details do matter to a person picking up a new car. Having previously purchased new cars from Saturn, I was spoiled by the fanfare they showered on purchasers (remember their whole staff would clap you out of the showroom and take your photo with the car to put on a plastic card with your emergency information) but a branded key chain or something beyond a farewell handshake and wave might help build customer loyalty. That being said, I was very impressed by the finance person at this location and I am quite hopeful about the service side as well. More

As my wife mentioned in her review, we had a very positive experience working with Irene at Criswell. Prior to calling Criswellauto, we visited another dealer. After an hour or so and a test drive, we decided we wanted a Fiat 500C Pop. After two more hours of papenwork and delays, this other dealer informed us the car we wanted would cost $500 more than what we had already agreed to in writing. Whether it was an honest mistake or a gouge didn't matter...they had wasted 3 hours only to screw the deal up at the end! We demanded the deposit back (which they had already charged to our credit card) and walked out. We called Criswellauto, told them exactly the car we wanted, and that we had no interest in driving out to their dealership. They worked up a reasonable price over the phone (we compared it to various pricing Internet sites) and promised to deliver to our house, with tags and registration already complete. Irene drove 45 minutes to our house to complete the paperwork and collect a deposit. On the day they estimated the car would arrive, sure enough it did and Irene drove into the city again to deliver it to our front door. She stuck around long enough to show us how all the buttons worked and how to connect our cellphone to the car's Bluetooth. Buying a car should be simple, without all the pointless haggling and screwups. We made it clear to Criswell this is what we expected, and they delivered. As far as the car goes...the Fiat 500C is a hoot! We both love driving it, and get lots of favorable comments. It fits the bill for a perfect city car, quick, responsive and a piece of cake to park anywhere. The only 4 that I gave Criswell was for pricing...I should say however that price they gave us was perfectly reasonable and well within the zone for good pricing. It wasn't a 'steal', but why should it be for a hot seller like the new Fiat? In any case, we are pleased with our new car and our experience with Criswell. More
