Criswell literally saved the day for us. We were traveling through, moving from Tennessee to Maine, 2 children and a dog with me, and husband in a U-Haul, towing a trailer. We stopped for gas nearby and our Explorer died at the pump. Dead, nothing….. We got a tow from a wonderful company nearby and Criswell looked at our vehicle immediately. I can tell you from past experience at other dealers, they never get you in right away, but Criswell understood our urgency. Turned out the nut fell off the starter wire, THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED, I AM TALKING TO YOU FORD ENGINEERS!!! ***The following rant is for Ford corporate-Forcing auto stop in your vehicles is highly dangerous!! If I had not turned it off like I always do, this could have occurred at an intersection!!! Children and dog stuck at a light, dead in the water, on a hot summer day. It is stupid, DOES NOT help with environment and once again, is DANGEROUS!!*** Now, back to the wonderful people at Criswell….one silly nut and a small service charge later and we were back on the road. I would absolutely, 100% recommend their service department. We owe them so much for being extremely kind, knowledgeable, and just overall AMAZING!!! More
