Excellent car buying experience! I arrived at Criswell with my young granddaughter at 3:45 on a rainy afternoon with the intention of selecting a specific Accord for purchase. I expected it would take several days to complete the process. Several hours later I left Criswell Honda driving my new Honda Hybrid and the process had gone so smoothly that my granddaughter was smiling in the back seat! I worked with Didjak Ilunga in sales and Mahaman Kolo in finance both gentlemen were wonderful. Their explanations were through and clear. They kept the process moving. Didjak went above and beyond easing the return of my rental car and moving our car seat and possessions from one can to another during a downpour. IT WAS A WONDERFUL PURCHASING EXPERIENCE! More

We set up the appointment, they've walked us through every step and honored the deal we agreed on. It was a very smooth car buying experience which took 4-5 hours on a Sunday afternoon. They provided a good price for our trade-in for our 2013 model sedan. As a bonus they had a separate kids' room! I sit them there with their electronic devices (plugged in to avoid out of battery melt-down) and the next thing they knew was sitting in the new car. I highly recommend you to work with them.
