Ed helped me out with looking at cars that were within my range, and was very helpful by not showing me cars I could not afford like most salespeople do. He was very polite and welcoming throughout the whole transaction and made my car buying experience enjoyable. The rest of the used car salesmen also helped out at the end with putting tags on my car and making sure it was all ready for me to go! As for the finance department, Jim did a wonderful job helping me out and was very kind as well. These guys go the extra mile for their customers. More
Awesome Experience I have bought six Hondas in my life, including the one I bought at Criswell. Out of all the dealerships I have worked with, Criswell has been the best I have bought six Hondas in my life, including the one I bought at Criswell. Out of all the dealerships I have worked with, Criswell has been the best one. Didjack Ilunga is the friendliest, most genuine salesperson I have ever worked with. His enthusiasm for Hondas was evident when he showed me the features on the 2018 Honda Accord EX that I wanted. And he showed me ALL the features on the car before we took a test drive. Unlike other Honda salespeople I've worked with at other dealerships, he didn't have the attitude like "Oh you've had plenty of Hondas. You know how they drive, so we don't have to test drive one." He made sure that I was happy with the way the car drove. I had my ten-year-old son with me, and he made my son feel like a part of the buying process by allowing him to do things like press the remote start on the key fob for car and by showing him different features of the car. He also talked to him to keep him entertained while we were waiting for the finance manager to get the paperwork ready. Didjack never made me feel pressured and never treated me like I didn't know what I was doing just because I am a woman. Jim Walker, the finance manager, was awesome also. I also felt very at ease with him. Because of my credit, my payments are kind of high on the car. However, before he got to the "bottom line," so to speak, he prepared me mentally for what I would be paying. The sticker shock was still there on my part, but he put me at ease by explaining to me that making these payments and keeping the car for as long as I can would help me bring my credit rating back up. He never made me feel judged; in fact, he was compassionate and understanding of my situation as a single mother. He was also personable, sharing some details about his family and education with me. He also talked to my son like he was a person and not just some kid in the corner to be ignored. The greatest thing about the whole experience was that Didjack and Jim did everything they could to get me into the car that day. I had originally gone in there to drop off my Civic because it needed a new transmission. I met Didjack on Monday when I dropped my car off and told him that I would be back on Friday to meet with him about possibly buying a new car. But when I found out the next day that my car needed a new transmission, I called Didjack on his cell phone and he met me at the dealership two hours later. I thought that I wouldn't be able to trade in my Civic until it was fixed. However, Didjack worked it out so that it didn't have to be fixed before I bought the new car. AND, since the Civic was covered under warranty, I was supposed to pay a $100 deductible plus a $138 diagnostic fee. BUT Didjack worked it out so that I didn't have to pay either one of those fees. The dealership covered them. PLUS they returned my rental car to Enterprise for me. So, in the end, Criswell took my trade-in before the repairs were done, covered the $238 I was supposed to pay to get the Civic back, got me a good price on a 2018 Honda Accord EX, and made it so that I could drive my new car off the lot that day. This was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I recommend Criswell Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda. And please ask for Didjack. He will make the whole buying experience pleasant, fun, and easy. More

Jessica Baum has at least three times represented the Financial Team on our purchases. Her warm personality, patience and clarity of expression have been critical in asking for her each time we are making a purchase. James from the Service Department during a recent Odyssey service visit is also representative of the pleasant and technical knowledgeable individuals that further emphasizes the customer service and personal attention that keeps us coming back to Criswell time and time again for service and sales. Jim Walker was equally good on the financial side of the purchase, staying late to work with us for our best financial option.. The web site of available cars needs to be updated more often. Our first two choices of used vans that appeared on the web site turned out to no longer be available. More

Tommy Karanikolis had the car pulled around to the front and waiting for us when we arrived. He let us have a nice test drive and plenty of time to decide that this was the car for us. Then he walked us through the sales process with his sales manager. In less than an hour later, we had a fair deal and drove out with our new vehicle. Tommy guided us through the process and made sure that everything was taken care of — from the getting the car washed and gassed to getting through all the finance and paperwork. What a great experience! More

Throughout the entire interaction, Tommy walked me through everything (This was my first time purchasing on my own) and made me feel as if I was a friend instead of a customer. He even helped me negotiate with the Used Car Sales Manager and made sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. Next, I went to Jessica in the Financing Department and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, sensitive to my needs, and made sure to list out all of my available options. Like Tommy, she was very personable and treated me like she had known me all her life rather than a customer she had just been introduced to.
