Jae Lim really showed a sincere personalized Customer Service from the time of my inquiry finding the right Honda Odyssey that my family needed. Mr . Jae Lim really showed a sincere personalized Customer Service from the time of my inquiry finding the right Honda Odyssey that my family needed. He went out of his regular work hours just to accommodate the time that is most convenient for us. He took us step by step, slowly and in detail. He obviously is busy multi tasking and (he is in used car dept, but we need new van); his other team member (Anthony) kept us abreast that and asked if we need anything , i.e. coffee, drinks during our wait for finance process which was challenging in our case. Mr. Kolo of Finance also made us feel very well accommodated - continued the Finance Process pass his lunch time. At last, that same day - we were able to go through the Hurdle and drove the 2018 Odyssey that is perfect for our family. Mr. Jae lim took his time to show us the important features of the vehicle and it did not end there. His post sales attitude is greatly felt by emailing us to make sure that we are satisfied and to remind us that he is still available to assist us if we have any questions or concern about our new Odyssey.
