I communicated with the salesperson who reached out to me, and made an appointment to test drive. I rolled up and saw the car--looked sharper than I expected! Phil Meilleur was the salesperson I had dealt with over the web, and he was there to greet me. This is A-1 service from a salesperson, can't say enough good about Phil. Drove the car, loved it, bought it with my bank's pre-approved bank check. Phil even set my iPhone to the car bluetooth! Since I was driving a rental after an accident, he arranged to have it returned and I drove out and home in the Accord Hybrid. Thanks Phil! Love the car, and really appreciate your help. The car I bought was priced MUCH higher at other dealerships and Kevin & Rameez worked the price to the dollar I was looking to spend. Rameez told me that their goal was customer satisfaction. Several friends have recommended them as a company that's not about ripping their customers off with such high costs. The rest of the experience was also excellent; this is the first time I've financed a car purchase, and the whole office was good about answering my questions and helping me figure out what exactly was going on and how it would work. Although I'm hoping not to have to buy another car for about a decade and a half, I would certainly go back if I need to go car shopping again! More

Informed me that I had missed the shuttle and could wait holding a sign. When I asked her where, Tania said, "I just told you". I asked for the car to be ready at 3:30 and it was not ready until after 5:30 even though it was documented in the paperwork. I received no call informing me of the delay. So overall, staff was rude and not knowledgeable, and could not meet a time deadline. My first and last trip to criswell Honda. More
