My only qualm with my experience was that we spent a fair amount of time sitting around waiting (we were at the dealership for a collective 4 and a half hours). However, when we weren't waiting around for someone to get back to us or for information, both Kwame and Victor were very quick and efficient in getting us through the process. More

They gave us the registration for the wrong car We bought a new Honda Odyssey and were pleased with the price compared to other dealerships we visited. However, we waited more than two hours between agreeing on a price and filling out paperwork in the finance office. A week or two later the dealership called to notify us that they had made an error -- they had given us registration paperwork for the wrong car, so we had been driving around with incorrect/invalid registration. We had to drive 30 minutes back to the dealership the next evening to fill out the correct paperwork, and our salesman, Kwame, said that he'd make it right by sending us a gift card in the mail. We never received anything, and our multiple attempts to follow up about it went unanswered. Disappointing on two counts -- no attention to detail in the first place, and then no effort to make up for the huge inconvenience they caused us. More

I looked for the car on cars.com and found exactly what I was looking for. I called them and made a appointment to come see the car the next day. I was sent a text the next morning to make sure the time for the appointment was still good for me. Once I arrived we were in the car and test driving it within a few minutes. It was clean and ready to go. When we got back to the dealership I wasn't pushed into buying the car he asked if I wanted to see anything else first. I was sure it was what I wanted so we started the buying process. He should me the carfax first then we looked at my credit. He talked me through each step... this is not how any other dealership has ever sold me a car. Of course once it went to the Finance department it was a different story but no one likes to sit there for ever and wait but that's how it is ....... Eric came in while I was waiting offered me coffee and we chatted a bit. He was confident everything would go well and said not to worry but if for some reason there was a issue with this car he would help me find something that would best suit my needs and finances. I got there at 6pm and left at about 9:30. I didn't need to look at any other cars it went great. More
