I have a very dear friend who spoke very highly over Criswell so I decided to try them. Kwame greeted me with respect and professionalism. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products he was selling. Most importantly he listened to my requests and needs. It was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a car. My initial visit was information collecting and test driving. Kwame spent an hour going over the highlights of the vehicle in meeting the needs I expressed. I found everything he presented to be true and correct. That is a new experience for me. I had visited 2 other dealerships and neither fulfilled my expectations like Kwame did. I also spent a fair amount of time with Victor Azari in finance. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was very late and beyond closing and he continued to do everything he could to meet my needs. I appreciate Criswell employing people of such high caliber. From my first contact with Kwame by telephone, Kwame Odum and Andrew Becker couldn't have been more professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. From my first contact with Kwame by telephone, he was straightforward, forthcoming and honest. He joked with us about "training videos" to teach us about all the sophisticated electronics, explaining just enough to get us started, instilling our appreciation for everything that's involved, without overwhelming us, assuring us of his continuing, hands on support. What's more, he could accurately anticipate our level of technical expertise and pitch his instructions/explanations just right for us to catch on, without making us feel like old fogies (we are in our mid-60s). Andrew, the finance guy, has a very hard job. He must explain what is needed, why, how, etc., while maintaining the customers' respect, attention and trust. I am especially skeptical to sales "tactics" and inclined to shut down at the mere mention of additional, extended "options'. Patiently, but not condescendingly, he helped us appreciate the complexity of the electronics and the inevitability of necessary repairs/adjustments down the road. I quizzed him mercilessly about the various elements of levels of coverage of the extended warranty, posing a series of hypotheticals to test his knowledge and veracity. He impressed us by answering our questions in a simple, straightforward manner, pointing out objective facts stated in the brochure, bolstered by universal examples encountered by everybody in their driving/maintenance/warranty experiences. .
