From my first contact with Kwame by telephone, Kwame Odum and Andrew Becker couldn't have been more professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. From my first contact with Kwame by telephone, he was straightforward, forthcoming and honest. He joked with us about "training videos" to teach us about all the sophisticated electronics, explaining just enough to get us started, instilling our appreciation for everything that's involved, without overwhelming us, assuring us of his continuing, hands on support. What's more, he could accurately anticipate our level of technical expertise and pitch his instructions/explanations just right for us to catch on, without making us feel like old fogies (we are in our mid-60s). Andrew, the finance guy, has a very hard job. He must explain what is needed, why, how, etc., while maintaining the customers' respect, attention and trust. I am especially skeptical to sales "tactics" and inclined to shut down at the mere mention of additional, extended "options'. Patiently, but not condescendingly, he helped us appreciate the complexity of the electronics and the inevitability of necessary repairs/adjustments down the road. I quizzed him mercilessly about the various elements of levels of coverage of the extended warranty, posing a series of hypotheticals to test his knowledge and veracity. He impressed us by answering our questions in a simple, straightforward manner, pointing out objective facts stated in the brochure, bolstered by universal examples encountered by everybody in their driving/maintenance/warranty experiences. .
