Ken Crenshaw Ken did a great job in obtaining the price of my new CRV TOURING that I was looking for. Would recommend his salesmanship to others. The one problem to be noted was the amount of time spent at the dealer was over 4 hours. Ken has no control when the finance person gets to see you. The dealers needs to find a way to shorten time spent before driving your new vehicle out of dealer. More

It's always something, an increase in price, car no longer there, pushy or absent salesperson. I wanted a 2017 Maxima and found one at this dealership. It was 3 hours from my home. I was very nervous and apprehensive about driving this far based on bad experiences at other dealers. my internet salesperson was Eric. He calmed me down by guaranteeing no tricks or lies. The price we discussed over the phone is the price i paid, The car was clean when I arrived for a test drive.. The process was smooth and painless. The price didn't go up magically or some hidden fee. He told me the truth, and i didn't play games, I didn't try to low ball. I came prepared with my own financing, down payment and trade. A 3 hour drive saved me a few thousand dollars and for the first time I actually had a honest experience with a car dealer. More
