Amazing Experienxe My uncle helped set me up to buy a car with Dominique who was extremely helpful when I went in for my test drive. He was wonderful. Not only did she help me by extensively explaining my paperwork but she brought me to my car and taught me all about it. She honestly treated me like a best friend rather than a client. She also stayed extremely late (financing took a while) in order to make sure everything was all set for me and my new car before I drove off the lot. She was so helpful and I'm so glad I worked with her. I also worked with Nancy in financing who was great. Great car buying experience I came in here knowing what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it. While the price we negotiated was a bit higher (by $500) than the offe I came in here knowing what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it. While the price we negotiated was a bit higher (by $500) than the offer I made (as expected), it was miles better than the prices I negotiated with 4 other dealers in the area. While I waited there, the staff was extremely friendly. My sales person, my finance person, the people at the front desk, and the finance director. My sales person and finance person went above and beyond my expectations and made my first new car buying experience painless. I would highly reccommend this dealer to my friends and family members who want a Honda, but also want to deal with friendly people while getting the best deal they can get in the area. More

Got Exactly the Car I Wanted! I was lucky enough to drive of the Criswell lot with an all new 2017 Honda Civic Si yesterday (6/7/2017) in the color that I wanted (Crystal Black)! K I was lucky enough to drive of the Criswell lot with an all new 2017 Honda Civic Si yesterday (6/7/2017) in the color that I wanted (Crystal Black)! Kwame Odum and I were in contact via email regarding the new Civic Si's and let him know that I wanted a sedan. He reached out to me on Tuesday (6/6/2017) letting me know that there was on that just came off the truck! I rushed over to look at it and fell in love. Kwame was able to give me precise information about the vehicle so he definitely did his research. Unfortunately, I was not able to test drive the vehicle because it hadn't been inspected yet. He informed me to come back the next day to test drive it. After test driving the vehicle, I was madly in love! What I appreciated most was the fact that Kwame was not pushy. He did his very best to accommodate me and was also very personable. The reason why I gave the dealership a 4 star rating is due to the amount of time that I was there. I arrived around 2:30 pm and drove off the lot at 8:30ish pm. I'm not sure if there were system issues but that's neither here nor there. The finance person, Nancy was also very helpful. She told me that she was getting acclimated with all the new systems because she had recently arrived at Criswell. Nancy was also not pushy when I declined add-ons. All in all, I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from Criswell and will recommend them to others. They certainly know how to take care of their customers. Make sure you ask for Kwame Odum!
