Great experience with Kwame and Criswell Honda I had a great experience with Kwame which began with an honest email exchange and a quoted price that didn't insult my intelligence. As I initiated the conversation by email, I very much appreciated not having my time wasted by quoting me "special deals" that were more than the sticker price (which was what I experienced with multiple other dealerships.) Kwame was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about Honda products. He was able to explain all questions about functionality without hesitation or having to consult anyone else. He was accommodating and willing to work with me to get the added features that I wanted at a price that I could live with. All members of the Criswell staff that I encountered were courteous and professional. My only complaint is that they failed to have me sign a document while I was there which caused some confusion and multiple calls and emails after the sale. As I was traveling at the time, it was a bit distracting, but I will definitely consider doing business with this dealership again in the future. More

Dominique Vattuone is a great salesman to work with! Dominique reached out to me after i submitted my request through Truecar.com for a Civic EX-T and he was a great guy to work with. He was honest and Dominique reached out to me after i submitted my request through Truecar.com for a Civic EX-T and he was a great guy to work with. He was honest and upfront with us the entire time and i never felt pressured into purchasing anything with him, even though it was my first time purchasing a car. He was happy to explain everything to me and really showed us the special features of the car. He also made sure to walk me through everything more in depth after the purchase and helped me set up the connection to my phone. Both times I showed up, it was a walk-in and he did not seem hassled by that at all. He did all he could to work with us to get the cost down and never pushed any extras onto us. If you need to work with anyone, I highly suggest Dominique! For the financing, i worked with Jessica and she was also a pleasure to work with. She helped calculate my monthly costs and found what discounts she could for me. In terms of the extended warranties, she never pressured us into purchasing anything extra and suggested the best options at the lowest cost. She also took my life stage/finance situation into account to help me decide which option would be the best for me. I had read some horror stories about this dealership through review sites but again, both people never pressured me into anything, they just showed what was available and if I was interested, they'd give more details. Otherwise it was a simple "no" and move on, even when i was on the borderline of adding something. They told the truth to questions I already knew the answer to and I never felt like i was being ripped off or scammed out of my money and they truly made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. Next time decide to buy a Honda, I will definitely be reaching out to Dominique :) More
