The GAP insurance that comes automatically with every lease proved to be very helpful in dealing with the situation financially. I purchased a 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport and the Sales Service was second to none. Kevin Ferguson was very professional, friendly, and honest about the entire car buying experience. He seemed like a veteran salemans amongst a car market that can be filled with novices. He made the experience easy and pleasant, something lots of people that go elsewhere can't say about their purchase experience. Jim Walker from finance was also very helpful and professional, I bought the Tire and Wheel coverage for this new vehicle just as I had done for my previous one. Jim made the usual hassle of paperwork into a pleasant experience for all parties involved. Loved the Criswell Honda sales experience and would gladly recommend Kevin Ferguson and Jim Walker to anyone looking to get a new or even used vehicle. More
