I bought my 2017 Honda Pilot Elite as a surprise Christmas present for my wife. My friend called ahead to the dealership, giving them the VIN of the vehicle I wanted. When my friend and I arrived, Kerry had the vehicle sitting outside, at the front entrance, with Kerry waiting right inside the front door. Kerry introduced me to members of the Criswell team, and then had me in the seat of an awesome car for a test drive within moments! After the test drive, Kerry sat me down and we quickly finalized the deal, with no haggling! While at the table, I asked for a gift bow to make the surprise for my wife special. Esteban, one of the managers at Criswell, gladly gave me a bow, free of charge. Jessica Baum, a member of the finance team at Criswell Honda, had me in and out of her office in under 40 minutes, with an awesome Extended Warranty package to boot! The final step was to get the vehicle ready to drive off the lot, with detailing, and cleanup. I drove home, and shocked my wife, who didn't know whether to laugh or cry - she did both.
