Dennis Arrington worked with me to resolve all issues in the short time window available. The work was done properly and fairly priced. Dennis was easy to work with. I had full confidence my daughter would be safe when she drove off to return to college. Dennis is great! Over the last ten years my family has purchased/leased several Hondas from Criswell. Great dealership but difficulty with salesperson We had difficulty with Luis Lopez and found him less than honest. The sales manager was excellent as was Jessica Baum. Sales Team is Great Kwame was excellent to work with. He was responsive and able to meet my needs. I didn't feel pressure from him, and we were able to strike up an excel Kwame was excellent to work with. He was responsive and able to meet my needs. I didn't feel pressure from him, and we were able to strike up an excellent deal on a 2017 HRV. He is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Once we got to the financial office, however, things weren't as ideal. It was hot and stuffy in there and Victor was rude to my father and I. He seemed to be a bit dishonest, but once he realized we knew what we were talking about in terms of financing, he was more honest, but condescending at times. Don't let that scare you away, though! This is our 4th or 5th car we have purchased from Criswell, and it's always a pleasant experience! More

Thanks Jae, Andy and Criswell I've been shopping for a used Honda Pilot for the last few weeks. I've visited more than five dealerships to see what they had to offer and talk to t I've been shopping for a used Honda Pilot for the last few weeks. I've visited more than five dealerships to see what they had to offer and talk to their staff. Criswell showed-up on my radar because they offered a fairly priced Pilot via the Internet...and guess what, when I called them the car was available. Jae, my sales rep was certainly helpful in having the car ready when I arrived and answering any questions about this specific model. His past experience as a mechanic and natural interest in automobiles was refreshing. When it came down to finalizing the deal, I was brought back to Andy who handled the money side of this deal. My transaction was relatively simple. I already had financing in place but Andy checked to see if he could get a better deal. This is always welcome. He then presented the option to buy a warranty...which I considered. In the end, it wasn't something that I needed but I could see how someone else might need this product. The day after we completed the transaction when I brought the money. It was good to see Victor pick-up where Andy left off without blinking. In the end, this was a good experience. The staff impressed me on every level. Good job Criswell! More
