They lie to get unnecessary service performed Service adviser lied about the battery test and tricked me into replacing a good battery. I came to the service shop for an oil change, shortly after I sat down into the customer lounge, service adviser came to inform me that the service tech recommend several additional services. I declined those services initially, but the service rep insisted that the battery failed the test and must be replaced. I agreed to the battery replacement. After I got home and upon reviewing the paperwork, I found the Multi-Point Vehicle inspection checklist showed the battery performance is good. I would like to to believe the service rep made a one time mistake, but if there are other instances showed that there is a pattern of lying, management should look into disciplinary actions. More

Never Buy a Car From Here! Roughly 3 weeks ago, Purchased a car from this dealership. Upon Walking in, staff was friendly. I ended up getting a HR-V 2016 "NEW". It was purchased Roughly 3 weeks ago, Purchased a car from this dealership. Upon Walking in, staff was friendly. I ended up getting a HR-V 2016 "NEW". It was purchased late at night. The next day, I went to take a look at the car, There were several scratches on the car, Including the back windshield. I had placed a phone call to tell them what I had noticed after close review. So a few days passed and the General Sales Manager had told me that a Black car would show scratches, if they were to buff it out, then the car would have looked worse than new. He then stated "You should have never bought a Black Car in the first place". After all that took place, I was told to go to the lot and look at the car, thinking they would show me the car. Instead, I was handed the keys and was told to just look at it as the Sales Rep walked away. After all this, they decided to issue a refund last weekend, I deposited the check, and a few days later, I was notified that the payment on the check was stopped. Furious about it, it took them several days to issue another check, keep in mind that the bank account is now negative for X amount of days. So at the end, Never go to either Sales Rep or Sales Manager there, because they may be sweet. But when you point a flaw out, they treat you like crap. Go to this dealership if you wish to be treated like crap. More

While I appreciate the concept of "no-haggle" car buying, it does not take into account all circumstances. We found Criswell's used car prices to be higher than other dealerships on the exact same vehicles with clean Carfax(s). This dealership is a good place to start your used car search as it will make you feel good about the deal you receive at another dealership. More

Carlos and Dominic treated me like a Queen I came to Criswell Honda to repurchase the same Honda Accord Sport that was totaled loss in accident. I was hit head on by a drunk driver and I do be I came to Criswell Honda to repurchase the same Honda Accord Sport that was totaled loss in accident. I was hit head on by a drunk driver and I do believe my Honda Accord saved my life. This is my third Honda Accord that I have purchased from Criswell. The two salesman I had were excellent. The young salesman Carlos it was his first day on the floor and he was so professional and very very helpful, and his mentor Dominque those two gentlemen treated me like a Queen, I am so grateful they were the ones to help me drive off the lot with a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition. I will always purchase from Criswell Honda, the experience is always a wonderful one. Every department at Criswell in Germantown are exceptional. I will always tell my family and friends you need to go to Criswell to purchase a new or use vehicle. I had to come back and get the same car because it made me fill safe and want to drive again. I can't say thank you enough to Carlos and Dominique for making my third experience just like the first time I walk through the door to buy my first car. Also I feel so happy that I was Carlos first sale. He will do and excellent job, he has a great mentor. I am truly grateful and humble by my experiences and Criswell Honda in Germantown. Thank you Carlos and Dominique. Also thank you to Andy Russo he was exceptional when I had to sign all those papers, he explained everything that I needed to know.
