Mr. Odum went above and beyond The salesman name that helped me is Kwame Odum and talk about OUTSTANDING customer service that I received from him!!!! Mr. Odum went above and beyond my expectations of car buying experience. He didn't give me the run around that I was getting from numerous other car dealerships nor wasted any of my time. I live about 40 miles away from dealership (Fort Meade, MD)and was hesitate about even dealing with him as I figured that he would be wasting my time by not even trying to give me a good deal. Man was I wrong!!!! Not only did he cut through the chase and offer me a deal that I couldn't refuse, HE EVEN CAME AND PICKED ME UP TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE OF MY DREAMS (CoCo Brown - my new vehicle's name)!!! I felt as though he truly gave me the VIP treatment and represented Criswell Honda to the fullest, putting them above all other Honda dealership in the entire D.M.V. area. Impressed! I had the pleasure to work with Dominique. My husband and I went in search for a Honda Pilot and every moment with Dominique was great, it did not fee I had the pleasure to work with Dominique. I spoke with Calvin and he had it waiting &ready for a test drive immediately upon our arrival. No breathing down our necks, no hard sales pitch, he let us explore the car, answered our questions and gave us the space to figure it out. Did my research online and I knew the out-the-door price quoted by the manager, Vince, was a fair good deal, so we jumped on it. The finance check out with Jim was pleasant and easy.
