Damaged caused by the Criswell Honda Service Dept The people at this dealership damaged my vehicle and are refusing to resolve the issue. I took it in for a recall issue reluctantly because in the past something else always goes wrong when I refuse to do one of their expensive recommendations. I explained to the two service techs that prior to them repairing my car that my front passenger door opened and closed without any issues. The following day after visiting this place the door is now rubbing against the front fender. They explained that the repairs they did, had nothing to do with that area of the car, and blamed the shifting door on a dent that has been in my car for the past 4 years in the rear 1/4 panel. They even suggested that somehow I may have hit under the vehicle causing this door to now shift. I called the manager and have not received a reply as yet. I am assuming that he will regurgitate the same nonsense as his employees. During the service they told me I needed $1800 in repairs, which I was unable to complete, since receiving my car, I've had difficulties to starting twice, and a vibration when breaking from about 65mph. Of course they want me to pay almost $200 for diagnostic tests when I didn't have these issues prior to them laying a finger on the car. Needless to say I will not be returning and I will exhaust every measure to ensure that this matter is dealt with. After being contacted by one of the owners on Yelp, he asked for my number and said a manager will contact me. I explained the issue to the manager who asked that i come back in with the car to take a look. He explained to me exactly what I told them, as if I cannot see what the problem was with the car, and said there was no way they could have done the damage, although that is exactly where they place the lift when repairing a vehicle, and the problem started the following day. He said I might have t a curb, as people do that from time to time. I really wish I had checked their reviews on here and on the Better Business Bureau (D- rating) prior to coming to this place. I will be filing a complaint against them for the damages caused and also notified the MD State Attorney Generals office. Please be careful with these people. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Dodge Durango from their Gaithersburg Md dealership and will 100% look elsewhere. More

Abysmally bad service and incompetent staff. Most of the time they are trying to push overpriced services onto you that you do not need, and when you do have something done they usually make Most of the time they are trying to push overpriced services onto you that you do not need, and when you do have something done they usually make a mess of it. Unfortunately as long as I still have a Honda they are the only convenient location for recalls etc. Never going to buy another Honda because of them. More

Being in sales myself, I do not appreciate "hard sales", which you get from a lot of car salesmen. If you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, check in with Bobby first. You'll be glad you did. Miracle car first and foremost! Jae Lim is an excellent sales person and an awesome person, I was referred to him by a friend and when I went to see him, I had c first and foremost! Jae Lim is an excellent sales person and an awesome person, I was referred to him by a friend and when I went to see him, I had close to no chance of getting a car. with my minimum requirements,( being only a good credit score and a few dollars). when I presented my case Jae scrolled through the options for cars with in my range and there it was, the car that I thought I would never get presented itself, it was the only one in the lot in my favorite color, It had just been shipped in and was undergoing a series of inspections to get certified, while processing the transaction, he presented my case to his supervisor and was told it was going to be a trick, seeing as I had minimum requirements, but this never rattled him, with his devotion and dedication to his clients, Jae never gave up. After an hour of signing docs and working through insurance quotes to meet my monthly payment requirements, we finally got a good amount, he then advised that we head down to the finance office and see if I will get this done. After a few minutes of suspense, anxiety and other changes, Jae finally came to the waiting area were I sat, and with a big smile on his face, he came out and told me we got it. excited as I was, we got everything sorted out in under 30min, with keys in my hands and wheels on my feet..i now write this as a proud owner of what I call my miracle car, (chevy spark) Thank you Criswell, thank you Jae Lim, I will recommend everyone to come see you, coz you made it happen for me and you have no idea the impact this car Is going to have on my life, God bless you!!
