Bought a certified pre-owned car here as it was the make/model I wanted and I needed a car, but overall, I will not be going back. Feedback: - I mentioned I'd been to another Honda dealership to look at used cars and immediately the sales person started badmouthing them. Really? Talk nice about yourself - don't trash others to make yourself look good. - When negotiations started on pricing the manager came out and spoke exclusivly to my male friend who'd came along just on a spur of the moment thing. He kept trying to direct things back to me, highly embarrassed, but they kept asking him his thoughts. Hello! women buy cars! - When I made my decision and went back to buy the car the next day, it was about an hour before closing. My immediate reception were complaints that I'd left it until late in the day to buy a car. Granted, another person arrived the same time I did, but there seemed to be a full staff there to help out. - There were paint chips on the front of the car and the sales person said they'd buff it and clear it up some - in fact it was simply ran through the carwash. Left kind of a 'tell me anything to sell the car' taste in my mouth. - The sales person was telling me how reliable Hondas are (they are, its true) but then, as things were getting on in the day, he took over some of the financial paperwork and started telling me all the things that can go wrong and that I should buy the extended warranty. Another 'tell me anything to sell the car' moment. - The photocopies I was given of the financials (I paid cash) were horrible copies - there is a line and then a blank space running down all of the documents right where the 'total' column is. The copies were given to me loose in a binder and out of order - like they were dropped on the floor and then shoved back in the binder and were dispersed with blank pages (well, apart from those black lines). - After completing the sale I walked over to pick up the car and the sales person said he found the remote starter and wasn't I so happy as this was worth $600! it came with no instructions and he said he couldn't work it either. This leads me to... - There was no manual with the car. This was an issue as, with all of the 'bells and whistles' in cars with computers, I found it hard to program the garage door opener, get the remote locks to work on all doors etc., etc. just the basics you need to do the night you get the car home. I e-mailed and was told they had one and I could drive (45 mins each way) to get it. I needed it, so the next evening was spent driving back and for the to pick it up. Sales person wasn't there and the guy I spoke to was 'well, this looks like it, so here you go' service level. After spending over $20k the day before, I expected an apology for not dropping it in the car. I ended off downloading the one for the remote starter, as they didn't have one for that. - The car came with satellite radio and, as it was a certified pre-owned car, a free trial was listed on the sales material. It didn't activate that week so e-mailed the dealer and asked if there was anything I had to do. He said I had to call the provider and ask for a free trial. Before I got around to this I got something in the mail from Sirius XM stating my free trial had started and was automatic. This would have been good to know as I took a long trip in the car the weekend before and ended off streaming music. - A week after I bought the car the trim on the drivers door (those dealer-instlalled edges to the doors) started to come off and started catching on the passenger door behind. I e-mailed the sales person and asked about this. He sent a curt e-mail about this being 'wear and tear' and not covered under any warranty. I took it to a local body shop (shout out to Zamoras) and the guy there repaired it in 10 mins FREE OF CHARGE with tape and touch-up paint saying 'I'm so sorry, thats the best we can do, its a dealer only part'. It would have been great if Criswell had said 'bring it up and we'll take a look', as I wasn't looking forward to shelling out more money to prevent issues down the line so soon. As it is, I am going to have to go to another dealer (Hersons probably) to get this replaced. Overall - not a good experience. I love the car and the price was decent. Process was horrible. More

They were professional, attentive, and responsive, from the general manager to the salesperson to the finance manager.We enjoyed working with Kwame Odum, and appreciate the time that he spent with us, going over all of the minivan features. Pleased with my sales and finance experience. I purchased a '16 Honda Civic Turbo at Criswell. While comparing price quotes at multiple dealerships Criswell remained the lowest and the number quot I purchased a '16 Honda Civic Turbo at Criswell. While comparing price quotes at multiple dealerships Criswell remained the lowest and the number quoted did not change once I came into the dealership in person to complete the paperwork. My salesperson was Kwame Odum and my Finance person was Jim Walker. Above and beyond their mannerisms and knowledge, I was pleasantly surprised with how each gentlemen was honest and upfront with me. This was truly a pain free experience which left me feeling satisfied. I have already recommended the two gentleman to a number of people with ease. More

Purchasing a Honda Civic LX 2016 I knew what car I wanted - model year trim color and even accessories. I had my insurance and checks all ready. I wanted this to not take long. Jus I knew what car I wanted - model year trim color and even accessories. I had my insurance and checks all ready. I wanted this to not take long. Just 3 hours max. I researched and went to many Honda Dealerships. I did not want to waste my time and money. There are many locations in Maryland. Just half hour drive. This dealership is one of the few places I considered because of it's customer service. Steve Kwon greeted me once I walked toward the entrance. He was quick and worked with me. He especially listened and acknowledged the research I brought. He was able to answer all my questions and give suggestions. I did not have to wait long as he went to speak with the manager. Took about an hour for a Yes or No for my request. It would have been great if Steve was able to go over in more details about the accessories and show examples on the floor. There were no examples of all the accessories at this dealership. The only Con is that I had to wait over about two hours to get to Finance. There were other customers purchasing their cars. Also, the Finance part was delayed because the accessories that I inquired about were not included. Victor Azari was patient with me with all my questions and concerns. He also respected my decisions and did not push. He gave me a brief like statement for each paper work I signed. Instead, I would like if he went over each with a quick summary. I had to pause throughout for myself so I could understanding everything. I purchased my accessories. I am waiting for them to be installed. I hope this process will be smooth and quick. I would like more clarification as to why I cannot keep (as in put in my trunk to take home) the old rims after purchasing and installing the 17in alloy rims. Suggestions: During the two hour wait, there were a few customers waiting for service in the garage. But no 'Red Shirts' can be seen. I noted that there were three of them but rarely had at least one present on the floor. There was this one customer that kept coming in to look for a service employee. Overall Experience: EXCELLENT! Thank you!!! I look forward to getting my accessories installed soon. Also, getting all my future service done at this location. More
