Smooth buying experience The buying process was very simple. Vince knew the most we could spend and he was very reasonable with the price. He didn't make very much by selling us the car, even showing us how much he bought the car for just to ensure us that he was not trying to rip us off. There was very little haggle and it was practically smooth sailing. We had set aside a whole day to test drive and possible buy a car but I am glad we went to Criswell Honda first because it saved us a lot of time, money, and stress. We were even home by lunch time! The car was very clean with low mileage and very few minor scratches and dings. The car is great and I am very happy with my car buying experience. I wish all car dealers were like Vince and Prince. Lack luster car buying experience. I came into the dealer looking for a specific car, however when I arrived, after a test drive, there was no talk about any issues on the car, no talk I came into the dealer looking for a specific car, however when I arrived, after a test drive, there was no talk about any issues on the car, no talk about price, just papers shoved in front of me, we couldn't make the deal happen that day due to needing other documents, so when I came back to purchase the car, I took off work, showed up at 9am, was told the finance manager was not in yet and someone would call me, around 3:30 I had to call and follow up, they needed more documents, I got the documents to them, and again was told I'd be called, and again I had to call and follow up, I did not walk out of this dealership with a closed deal until after 9pm, I could have gone to work and been paid for the day rather than lost wages. Come to find out the car has a known clutch issue that is common on the 2012-2013 civic with manual transmission, when I brought this up to the salesmen, he shrugged it off, also told me I'd be called about my tags, when I went in he told me I'd get a post card when they were ready, why was I not told that to begin with? There is no motivation on the sales team here to take care of their customers, Luckily the car has a warranty which is honored since it was "certified" at other dealers, I couldn't imagine spending any more time or money at Criswell for the go to to be "someone will call you" whenever an issue may arise. More
