He proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. I must also say the gentleman at the front office---can't remember his name was very gracious in receiving me and seated me while he went and fetched out Kwame. It’s all too common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Kwame Odum proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and he has ensured that I will be coming back to your dealership for years to come, and without hesitation will recommend to my friends and family. Also like to thank Kwame's manager for honoring the discount coupon that I had brought in from Edmunds.com. Kudos also go the finance manager Andy Russo for his warm reception, patience and attention to detail that he provided. All he said was please take your time and when you think you are ready I will be hear for you every step of the way. Two weeks later he held true to his word. We came back and had a few vehicles in mind and we were not sure which way to go so he plainly said based on what we discussed and what my gut tells me the 2013 accord will make you happy. It was well after closing and we took our time and all he said was I want you to be happy and I will not pressure you into any decision. When it was all said and done we were able to get the car home and we are another happy customer and we will be back when we are ready for our second vehicle.
