Horrible car buying expericene We were looking for a Honda CRV- EX and visited Criswell Honda. We looked at 2015 model and were constantly being told that we are getting the best de We were looking for a Honda CRV- EX and visited Criswell Honda. We looked at 2015 model and were constantly being told that we are getting the best deal. We later got a deal on 2016 model for a much lower price so I gave a courtesy call to Mazen ( the sales person I dealt with) to tell him I am buying a 2016 model from another dealership. He called me back in 10 minutes and said they will match the deal. Once we went there and went through all the paperwork. They started the process on my auto loan. This is where entire experience turned to horrible. Vince came down to our table and said " we can not do this deal" he mentioned that when he agreed to Mazen for that price he thought I was from Virginia and he will have to increase the price by $500 now (Mazen knew all along that we are MD customer). We explained him that we were told to match the number when we called for courtesy and not for negotiation. He said sorry and just walked away. We found it very rude. It was the last evening of black friday event at the other dealership we were heading in the first place. When we told him that we may have lost a great deal because of their mistake in tax calculation. he simply said well that it is not his problem. He doesn't care. His business decision of not selling us car may be justifiable but the way he behaved with us was horrible. On top of that he and Mazen were telling us all along that the other dealership is just playing games with us to get us to their door step. Well you can be judge of that because the other dealership actually worked with us to get as as near as their Black Friday promotions even after we missed to get there in time for it. Vince is a horrible and arrogant person to deal with. And the manager Esteban supported his fellow manager just because they think they can get away with anything. One sale doesn't matter to them right. Well it matters to me. They are not getting my business. More

There was no pressure to buy something I couldn't afford. He showed me new and used cars and gave me comparison prices. Victor is very easygoing but also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him. My finance person was Jim Walker, also very calming and knowledgeable to work with. Both gentlemen have a lovely sense of humor, so we laughed a lot which is very relaxing. I had some concerns, but both put me at ease each time. It was both a welcoming and comfortable experience.
