Both men made this as easy and stress free as buying a new car can be. I went in with very clear terms of what I was willing to pay, finance, and expect on my trade-in. They made the numbers work with little hassle or back-and-forth. Honda makes a great product, and you can see that the team at Criswell is proud of what they sell. Do be careful of falling for added protection plans sold at the end (as is the case with ALL dealerships). The overall protection plan is a good buy -- more than doubling the warranty to seven years and covering most everything -- a real necessity with today's computer/electronic dominated cars. Will something major go wrong with a Honda in the first seven years? Probably not. But if it does, the repair can mean big $$ because of how complex cars have become. One significant fix pays you back for the plan. That said, I'd avoid the extra dent/key plans. You would have to make multiple uses of them to justify added cost. Don't worry though -- they DO take no for an answer and do not badger. My mother is going to be in the market for a new car soon and I've already told her that I want to bring her into Criswell. More

Poor Buying Experience Unfortunately we had to deal with Vince. He was unprofessional and used foul language. After numerous discussions on the phone and agreeing a price, I went to the dealer. I was handed the priced I expected and asked for removal of any options ($248 dealer accessories). Vince came back stating that the price was a mistake and they needed to add $1,500 to the price. More

We went to the dealership, looked around, took a test drive with Luis. Luis is a very nice man, and we felt comfortable with him. When we sat down to buy the car, Luis gave us the price he had promised, showed us all the calculations, and got everything processed efficiently and correctly. It wasn't until almost 9 years ago I started buying Honda's. l always have liked the service department as well as the body shop at Criswell, Everyone I have dealt with over the last 45 years has been very pleasant to work with, never had any work done that was a problem and even when I had a little concern over the years it was handled admirably. Since I have been dealing Criswell Honda in Germantown I've dealt with a lot of advisors but there were 2 that stood out the most. One has been there a long time but much to my dismay isn't anymore. And one must be relatively new and I worked with her just recently, The one that left was Stacy S, she was such a pleasure to work with, And strangely enough the person I worked with this time is at her desk and phone, That is Tanya, she was so pleasant and accomodating after I sat there for 5 hrs waiting for my car and found there was a problem with the SRS system replacement. She arranged a loaner so I could go home. She called me when it was done about 3 hrs later, It was a situation that could have been very upsetting , but her demeaner and concern made it almost pleasant. I felt I had to write this. Just a note I have heard many good things about Lester and since I always wait for the car have seen him in action during the Saturday morning rush and he always says hi no matter how busy things are and seems to handle the rush in such a controlled way. Thanks for making my visits pleasurable every time I've been there. More
