He went above and beyond to make sure that I was confident in my final decision. He was easy to get in contact with, which was a huge help. After purchasing my car, I had an appointment with the service center to apply Cilajet to the interior/exterior of my car. Even though my appointment with the service center was on Kwame's day off, he made sure I was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend Kwame to guide you through the car shopping experience, he's a great person and a honest/knowledgeable sales consultant - especially if you have a ton of questions, like I did! More

After making the deal we were passed on to the most delightful person in Finance, Jessica Baum, who really appeared to be watching out for our very best interests, finding the best financing and deals. But instead a wonderful gentle man approached me an asked my how he could be of service to me. We hit it off after that. I told him I wanted a base model with no frills attached, and that's what he showed me. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. My "no" meant "no" to him. He was extremely respectful. Dominique Vattuone is the number one Salesperson in my book. Andy Russo in finance was just as courteous and friendly. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and he made it happen. I've been to many car dealerships , but this is the first time I truly enjoyed it because of the respectful, honest and friendly staff. Germantown Criswell Has an Amazing Staff! I’ve purchased 2 cars in the past with satisfaction, but my 3rd car purchase was the best experience. Victor Castro was a wonderful car sales consulta I’ve purchased 2 cars in the past with satisfaction, but my 3rd car purchase was the best experience. Victor Castro was a wonderful car sales consultant. I came to Criswell with the thought that I would just look at cars, but when Mr. Castro showed me the 2015 Honda Civic, which I eventually decided to buy, he made the purchase process very easy (even though I didn't have all the paperwork on me including the car title to my other car). Mr. Castor also personally took care of me. He offered me coffee, and he even fed me Ledo’s pizza! When Mr. Castor and I test drove the car, I asked him a little about his personal life. Not only was he open to share his personal life with me, but I learned he’s a pastor as well. Needless to say, Mr. Castor and I have similar religious views, and before I left the dealership, we said a prayer in my new car. I felt extremely touched and blessed. He made feel like I was more than just a customer, but a family member. Mr. Castor also seems to go above and beyond what is expected of him. Before talking with the finance agent, Mr. Castor also told me that he would drop off the old tags at MVA for me. Criswell has a wonderful staff. When Mr. Castor was processing my paper work, 2 different people came up to me and said I was in very good hands because Victor Castor was handling my car purchase. I couldn’t agree more.
