We talked about the new 2015 accord and I agreed to look at it. The 05 was my wife"s car so was reluctant to make any decisions. we discussed trade-in and final price. I took the new car home for my wife to look at and she liked it.So, I bought it.All in all, the experience was pleasant and informative. Everyone was helpful and professional. The only problem I have is that I was led to believe the trade-in price for my 05 was a little over 4K at the max, which is what I got. However, upon checking later I found out the car was worth much more. I Don"t think you guys were complety honest with me. More

They definitely earned my trust I went to Honda Criswell recently because I was not satisfied with a used 2001 civic I purchased there a year and a half ago. Long story short, I thin I went to Honda Criswell recently because I was not satisfied with a used 2001 civic I purchased there a year and a half ago. Long story short, I think I just had bad luck. I explained my situation to Victor Castro, and he made sure to try to find me a car that night, but I was solely set on just doing research and test driving. At some point in the evening, the used auto manager came over to me and sincerely apologized for the issues I had with the civic, and he offered me a bit more money on my car than what it came out to be in the appraisal. They were definitely willing to earn my trust back! I test drove a newer civic, and things went well. I was looking at numbers with Victor for this car, and it seemed very affordable. But something just didn't feel right, and I told Victor this. We talked some more about how I was just wanting to do research, but at the moment I was highly interested in the sub-compact cars like the Honda Fit. He said that there was only one on the lot. I test drove it, and liked it. I went back in to see what the numbers would be with Victor. He was very kind and hospitable. I just let the conversation go naturally to see what would happen... long long story short, I went home with a 2016 Honda Fit at a very affordable price! I believe that Honda Criswell definitely made up for selling me the older car that had some issues. I felt as if they legitimately cared about me for me, not just as a customer... which is superb customer service :) More
