A Horrible Experience and no resolotution.... I arranged to purchase a car through this dealership, got financing on my own and was given a carfax stating that this 2014 BMW X1, with only 8900 mil I arranged to purchase a car through this dealership, got financing on my own and was given a carfax stating that this 2014 BMW X1, with only 8900 miles was in pristine condition. The pictures online and that were sent to me also represented that. A purchase and sales agreement was written up and signed off on by all parties. Imagine my surprise when I found that the X1 had clearly been in an accident. The paint on the passenger side and on the roof was a different color from the rest of the car and there were paint flecks on the aluminum rails on the top of the car clearly showing that the vehicle had been painted. When I pointed this out to the salesman and the sales manager I was told that the sections of the vehicle in question could be easily painted and it would look like new. Look like new? Considering I have no idea exactly how much damage was done to the vehicle I would have no idea of knowing what like new would be or cost. They offered to take $2000 off of the vehicle for repairs. Ridiculous as the repairs to make that vehicle look like new would far exceed that and I wouldn't have wanted the vehicle after an unreported accident anyways due to the serious unknowns. I have tried to get in contact with the General manager several times and was redirected to the original salesman and then a senior sales manager that said that unfortunately things like this happen and he really wished there was something they could do. How about you go find me a comparable car at the same price and get it taken care of like a true professional and semi ethical organization. I drove 600 miles each way to get this vehicle with a check for a very hefty sum in hand ready for the purchase only to get kicked in the shorts and sent on my way. I will report this company to the BBB, and have sought legal counsel. Evidently Criswell Honda and their team will do whatever they can to make a buck and leave ethics out of the equation. Ludicrous!!! More

He was patient and did not push me into buying a car. Rather than that he was informative and very knowledgeable. I have been enjoying my Honda for a little over as month now and he has even contacted me on several occasions to make sure that I was satisfied. I like how people respect my space and how salesmen aren't always in my face about what car I wanted to buy. I had a lot of space to look around and check out the display vehicles before asking one of the managers for a sales representative. Jae Lim was my sales representative and he did a great job in answering all the questions that me and my family had. He is really easy going and genuine person and I could tell that he wanted the best for my family. Jae would even engage in conversation with us during the times we had to wait for papers to process and he is a very respectful person. The thing I love about Jae Lim is that he doesn't give you a lot of friction when you are trying to negotiate. We ended up meeting some friends at the dealership and referred them to Jae immediately after our purchase. I know Jae wants the best for his customers and his company and you would never go wrong if you had him as your sales representative. Financial process was painless for the car. They don't care if you don't want to purchase the warranty plans and they respect your space. We weren't planning on buying a car that day but what made us follow through was the excellent service that Criswell Honda had to offer. More
