Prior to my visit at this place, I checked several dealers prices and compare them with others, but I was very disappointed about hidden fees that are never disclosed to public (those fine lines). My experience at Criswell was completely different in a good way. Kevin is one honest sale associate. I will highly recommend this place. More

Jim Walker did the financing for us and did a great job. He obtained a low interest rate loan for us and sold us the extended warranty which we needed on a car with a lot of new technology. The best part for us was when he put on permanent tags at the time of sale and not temporary ones which would have had to be replaced. He made sure everything went smoothly. Dominique advised us to return several times in the near future to review any questions we might have about the car's technology. We had a wonderful experience at Criswell Honda and will certainly refer our family and friends to them. More

I came in to follow up after submitting a credit application online and Victor Azari and Victor Castro both welcomed my family and I. As I had never purchased a vehicle before, I was skeptical about getting gouged but within 10 minutes of my arrival I knew that I did not only have a salesman in Mr Castro but an advisor. We talked about options, not once did I feel influenced, instead, I felt guided and informed about my many options. Mr Azari worked in tandem with Mr Castro and made sure this financial process went as smooth as possible. I have never felt so good about making a big purchase as I did buying my new 2015 CR-V. Both Victors made sure that i knew my options and helped me be informed about long term investments. Originally I had planned to get a used, possibly certified car. After I saw my options and with the advise from my family and both of these gentlemen I knew that I made the right decision. Before I could walk out of the lot with my brand new car Mr Azari made sure I was aware of my options and all the services and guarantees that I purchased to keep me covered, he made sure I understood how I am financing my vehicle.
