Problematic transaction that should have been simple I went in with a blank check from my financial institution knowing what vehicle I wanted in order to make it a quick and simple process, instead I was I went in with a blank check from my financial institution knowing what vehicle I wanted in order to make it a quick and simple process, instead I was there from 9am until nearly 3pm. They tried to pull a bait and switch- we agreed on one price then financing had a totally different number on the paperwork. I sat unattended for hours with two small children who missed lunch. They tried to register my new car in someone else's name. They refused to allow me to leave, they pulled the tags off the car I came in and took my keys long before I could even be taken back to finance and once I asked for my tags back to my car so I could leave one of their managers in "the tower" insulted me and told me that "I wasn't going to get loud in here and I made a deal and wasn't going to walk out now" when in fact it was them that were going back on the deal. I was a repeat customer, but I will never be going back after this experience which is unfortunate because Kevin is a very diligent sales representative- I just cannot say the rest of the dealership is functioning at it's best. More

Excellent service. I have been purchasing luxury German vehicles for over 2 decades and never thought I would ever purchase an American made vehicle until now. I did my research and found that Jeep Grand Cherokee met most of my needs..and offered at far below the price of a German car with the same or similar amenities package. I was fairly hesitant on the type of experience I would have with the sales associate. I had grown accustomed to the very relaxed feel and experience of Mercedes and BMW sales associates...esp since I had developed over the years a close relationship with them. So when I started my research, i took a trip to a Jeep dealership (DarCars). My experience at DarCars was very unpleasant. I took a step back to rethink my decision but ultimately felt that for the value, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was a great choice. So I took a chance at driving a bit further out to Chriswell and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. The sales manager was very nice and the sales associate I was assigned to, Armand, was very professional and personable. I would recommend Chriswell to all my friends...and will have them ask for Armand to assist them. More
