Salesmen Have Great Personality! I ended up having to deal with two separate salesmen in a good way. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman I came to see as a result of an web I ended up having to deal with two separate salesmen in a good way. He was attentive to my request and was even willing to go the extra mile to bring out of their inventory the same car type but in different colors. Then, the salesman whom I had exchange emails via their website showed up and the transition to him was smooth. No sales pressure to purchase a particular vehicle. No up-selling either. In fact, half-way through looking at a top of the line Accord sedan I spotted a Civic that looked appealing to me. The salesman noticed I saw the Civic and asked was I interested in it instead. Great to have no pressure. More

But the fact that I am so pleased with their efforts as to write a review speaks to how impressed I was with them. I worked with Kevin Ferguson for about a week, took several test drives, and asked innumerable questions. He either answered or was able to find out the answer to all of them. He was available by phone, text, and email seemingly 24/7/365, including days off. Had Criswell been able to match the other dealer's offer, I would have chosen them in a heartbeat just due to the customer service offered. I have zero hesitation about sending friends and family to Kevin and will likely bring my vehicle to Criswell for service just based on their stellar work.
