After they take your money, good look getting ahold of anyone. Was sold a car in 2023 with a 3rd party warranty with terrible reviews. In the process of being sold this warranty I was lied to repeatedly b anyone. Was sold a car in 2023 with a 3rd party warranty with terrible reviews. In the process of being sold this warranty I was lied to repeatedly by the salesmen stating the aftermarket parts on the car at the time of the sale would not impact the warranty. Fast forward 2 years later I have my first issue. Its an expensive $3500 repair that is being denied coverage due to the parts that were on the car when it was sold to me. No one will call me back or respond to my emails. I am out of the $3500 warranty that does nothing for me and magically when trying to work out a refund from the dealership who sold me a warranty that did not even qualify (words directly from the warranty company) they go ghost. I also attempted to cancel the Maintenance package within a week from getting it from them when realizing how terrible or overpriced and the salesmen lied to my face and never did what he was supposed to do to cancel it. Stay far away. More

I haven't owned a car in 10 years and this was my first experience with this dealership. It was great! 100 percent professional. The average person would have gotten frustrated but he handled himself with grace. 100/10 would recommend. Everyone we came across handled themselves with tremendous levels of professionalism, grace, and genuineness. It's more common than not to have a bad experience at dealerships. I am glad that wasn't the case. I would come back here for the service alone! More

This was by far the most disgusting and shady experience I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical pr I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical problem due to a faulty sensor. The car was driving perfectly fine before I dropped it off. After Honda replaced the sensor, I picked up the car and immediately noticed it sputtering. The very next day, my car completely broke down on the road and had to be towed — all because of their “service.” When I called to ask how a car that ran flawlessly before could suddenly die ONE DAY after leaving their shop, I was fed an insulting excuse. They claimed the breakdown was due to “bad spark plugs” supposedly installed by another company, even though I confirmed with that company those plugs were fully approved for my car. Conveniently, this so-called “pre-existing issue” was never mentioned during their original diagnostics — yet somehow it magically appeared right after they touched my vehicle. The manager, Tania, promised to call me back after speaking with the mechanic but never did. Instead, I had to chase her down with multiple phone calls, only to be met with rudeness, deflection, and blame-shifting. She even accused me of suggesting Honda tampered with my vehicle — when all I wanted was an explanation and some accountability (mistakes happen!). This entire ordeal has destroyed my trust in Honda. The negligence, dishonesty, and sheer lack of professionalism here are absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting this location with their vehicle. More
