They are both stand-up guys who looked out for me and provided wonderful customer service. The only complaint I have was in the detailing. There was sticker residue left on my windshield and a few dirt marks that were overlooked in the detailing process of my new vehicle. These small yet significant items rendered only a fair review of the work quality of the detailing. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend the dealership to friends in the market for a new vehicle. More

The manager Esteban is a stand up guy, and they don't play games. My latest purchase was a Pilot and I worked with Mazen Muhtaseb. Mazen was extremely friendly and worked hard to get to the right deal on the right car. I was very focused on the numbers and while Mazen understood, he also made sure that I was getting the car I wanted. He got me the deal I wanted on an EX-L when I thought I might need to settle for an EX. Criswell is a top notch dealer, employing quality sales people, and offering exceptional value. Yes, it's still car sales, but they do it with courtesy and respect. Criswell has always been my first and last stop for Honda. More

Criswell Honda Customer Service After talking and working with Sue Folsom, I was pleasantly surprised by the Criswell Honda team. I initially had an issue with a certified used 2007 After talking and working with Sue Folsom, I was pleasantly surprised by the Criswell Honda team. I initially had an issue with a certified used 2007 Hyundai Accent in which the check engine light came on just 2 weeks after having purchased the vehicle from Criswell Honda. When I originally called no one seemed to know whether the repair would be covered or what to do. However, Sue Folsom took the time to respond to my review personally and organize a date that worked for me to bring the car in for repair. She even provided me with a free rental car on the day of the repair so I was able to run my errands for the day while the repair took place. Sue Folsom and the Criswell Honda service team are true assets to this dealership, they bring a level of accountability and professionalism that I had not before experienced from an auto dealership. I would recommend their services to others. I am truly appreciative of their time and efforts! More
