Great Buying Experience and Willing to Go the extra Mile This is the second time I have leased a car from this dealership. Both of the people I worked with Kevin Ferguson and Luis Patino were very helpful an This is the second time I have leased a car from this dealership. Both of the people I worked with Kevin Ferguson and Luis Patino were very helpful and provided great customer service. From the time I stepped in the door Kevin explained the process to me and provided me with assurances that he would work his hardest to get me the best deal possible. He answered any questions I had and I went from simply coming in to see what my options are with turning in my lease to agreeing to sign up for an other lease. When I took the car out for a test drive it was hassle free. After the Test drive Luis Patino helped us get down to the detailed financing terms that we were interested in meeting and provided us hands on approach to making sure we were comfortable with our experience so far. Finally, Jim Walker in finance was able to explain and walk us through the terms of the lease very clearing including highlighting several changes to the lease agreement that was new from the last time we leased a car from Honda. Overall and very positive buying experience and I would certainly recommend this staff to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Pleasant, hassle-free experience Victor contacted me almost immediately after I posted for a quote online. They had the exact car I wanted in stock and they had the lowest price. I took a test drive and Victor spent a lot of time explaining the options and how to use the electronics. After the test drive and tour of the facility, there was no high pressure sales pitch for dealer-added options. Victor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica took care of the finance. She was extremely efficient and friendly. Finally, Victor made sure the electronics were correctly configured with my iPhone and he showed me how to make calls hands-free using voice commands and some additional features. The whole experience was a pleasure and I will definitely go back when I'm ready to buy again. More

I traded-in my 10 y/o Odyssey and worked with Yanet who was just as good and would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new car. She is very easy to deal with and made the sales process simple and straight forward. The final part of the process was the finance which took more than 2 hours to complete. While once i started the process it went quickly there seemed no reason for the tremendous delay. Also, pay very close attention to warranty process as the "basic"package is actually not, it is an extended coverage package that cost you more than 80 extra a month in finance charges and if you don't want it, you must make sure you read the fine print or it is just added on. Overall I am a big fan of Criswell Honda and will continue to service my car there. More

Very professional and timely service the whole way through Eric called me five minutes after looking at a posting of the car online. He didn't pressure me into anything and encouraged me to let him know if I would still be interested in the car because there were other people interested.
