David Ki was an excellent salesman without all the shtick. No cheesie gimmicks or sales guy nonsense. We originally contacted our Credit Union to act as a Buyer service. Criswell Honda was only one of four Dealers contacted on our behalf for a 2014 Civic Hybrid. We did not know the new Hybrids have not arrived yet in showrooms. David was the only sales person smart enough to make us an offer too good to refuse on a 2013 Hybrid. We are happy to say the deal we agreed to by email was indeed the deal we recieved, with the only addition being an Extended Warranty we intended on purchasing anyway given the Hybrid relies heavily on electronics to perform well. Jim Walker made quick work of the financing while asking all the pertinent questions that would effect our bottom line. We were pleased all the way around. We plan to buy a second 2014 Civic Hybrid later in the year and plan on using David Ki again to do so. More
