Dominique Vattuone was the first person we had the pleasure of "meeting" on-line. The price he quoted us was the price we bought the car for -- no tricks, no haggling. He is a class-act and a stellar sales person -- Criswell should be thrilled to have him! The next wonderful professional we encountered was the Sales Manager, Keith Stewart. He assured us that the price we were given was the "real price" and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He greeted us when we arrived and personally thanked us when we left. Wow, we are SO IMPRESSED! The finance representative, Jim Walker, was our final stop and he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He gave us a great deal on an extended warranty too! We really felt part of the family and even though live in Northern Va, we will come back to Criswell in Germantown, Maryland to buy our next car. THANK YOU!!! More
