We appreciated the lack of pressure put on when we arrived. We were attended to quickly, but no one was jumping in our faces from the moment we got to the dealership. Yanet Lopez was especially helpful, courteous, patient, and forthcoming as she gave us a personal demonstration of all the Honda Odyssey had to offer us. She and Andrew Ziobro answered our calls and emails in a timely and respectful manner, but we were still struck by the lack of "hard sell" which greatly enhanced our experience at Criswell. More
