Very disappointing experience overall. Not surprisingly, my problem occurred after the purchase of a new CRV. In short, there was followup promised to me regarding the active duty military promotion that di my problem occurred after the purchase of a new CRV. In short, there was followup promised to me regarding the active duty military promotion that did not happen, but worse, it was subsequently denied and ignored at all levels of Criswell Honda.Victor Castro is very nice and clearly motivated to sell cars, although he quickly deferred to Esteban Mesa, the sales manager, when any issue arose. Victor told my wife and I different stories, which was frustrating. Esteban Mesa then told me he was following up, and strung me along for ten days, basically avoiding the issue and ultimately saying it was a done deal the day after we purchased the car. Communication, or the lack thereof, was horrible throughout the experience. Kevin Szot is the general manager and sent us an email asking to please notify him with any issues. I sent him two emails simply explaining the situation asking for a response, and was completely ignored. I unfortunately regret giving my business to Criswell Honda, More
