In September 2013 I purchased my second vehicle from Criswell Honda and Dominique Vattuone which was a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L. My wife and I could not have been happier with the overall experience. I went to Criswell to buy Honda Accord 2014 EX. They had the option of MSM, Champagne, and Hematite Metallic. I chose Hematite Metallic because of its black interior. They both understand what I want and what I need. After having huge upside down on my car, with in 24 hours Mr.Kolo called me and told me I can come pick up my car. Yes I had to put a small down payment which I didn't expect it, but the monthly payment was way lower then my range, which I was very happy with. I will go back to them again when I buy my next car for my wife next year, and I will recommend to my friends and family to go buy car from them. Best experience ever. I took my car to be serviced because I heard this noise coming from the bottom of car and my son told me that i must have hit something below. So i expecting to pay the price for this. When i arrived at Criswell honda, the service garage door opened and someone was there to greet me like they expected me even though i didn't make an appointment. When I told the serviceman the problem we both looked under the car and could see something was crumbled. About an hour later when they told me my car was ready, I got out my charge card waiting to hear the awful news when i was told no charge. I said huh? I guess it was a minor problem which I am very fortunate. But it got me thinking, they could have charged me more since i had no idea what the problem was. Their honesty and their great customer service, not to mention the friendly attitude, will make me what to come in again. Thanks!!! More

Just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Victor Castro after visiting another dealership first and getting the run around. Lesson learned. I called about 10 deanships in the Washington Metropolitan area after visiting another dealership first and getting the run around. Lesson learned.
