My name is Waqar Hussain and I recently purchased 2014 CRV EXL/NAV AWD from Criswell. The entire process was handled in a professional and curteous manner with no pressure. Dominique was simply outstanding and showed all the feature of the car and answered all of the questions about the vehicle. Vehicle was delivered very clean in/out with 8 oil changes free for two years. You cannot beat that ! I strongly recommed that if you are in the market for new Honda, Criswell is the place to go. You wont be disappointed. More

When I walked into the Dealership, I asked for Dominique, as I had an appointment to see him that day. I was delightfully surprised to be escorted to Dominique's desk by a gentleman who had been sitting a as I had an appointment to see him that day. I was then greeted by Dominique who made me feel right at home. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience, but,Dominic quickly put my mind at ease. After speaking for a little while we went for a test drive. Dominique made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel as he carefully showed me some features of the car. It was soon after that we were on the road. I asked if I could take the car on the highway, and Dominique's answer was yes. We drove for a bit and I asked Dominique if we could find a hill. I wanted to see how the car handled on a hill. Without hesitation Dominique directed me to a rather large hill. I was sold!!! Not just on the car, Dominique is amazing. After deciding on the car I was directed to Andy from the finance department. He carefully explained my finance options and quickly found the exact payment I wanted and was even able to find an extended warranty that fit my budget. By the time I left his office I felt like family. Amazing customer service. I can see myself doing business here again! Thank You More

Misleading & sometime completely false information provided by employees. Management unwilling to address complaints. Being an informed consumer certainly helps but it does not necessarily prepare y provided by employees. Management unwilling to address complaints. I've had very good luck with car dealerships in the past & was very disappointed that the employees at Criswell Honda were so willing to treat customers in manner in which I was. Better to look elsewhere than to risk doing business here. More

The entire experience was horrible. The tactics were coercive, deceptive, and some were illegal (I now know). I am appalled that any business would operate in such a manner & that when contacted those coercive, deceptive, and some were illegal (I now know). I am appalled that any business would operate in such a manner & that when contacted those in management responded by silence, being dismissive, or by lying (there is just no other way to describe it). My credit score was run despite my clear insistence that it not be run as I had already secured outside financing. Three different sales people assured me that it wouldn't be since I was adamant about not applying for credit from them, didn't not want any credit or offers of credit, and my financing was taken care of. Five minutes later I was handed a copy of my credit score. A half an hour later I was informed my financing "wouldn't work". The half-truths and out-right lies continued and absolutely no one I have contacted at the dealership will address what has happened nor offer any acceptable resolution. I cannot believe a business would conduct themselves in such a manner. This place gives car dealers a bad reputation and their actions harm all of those auto dealers that try to operate ethically and with integrity. More

After several disappointing experiences trying to negotiate and settle on a final price with other dealers, we were extremely pleased to finally find Dominique at Criswell to work with. Kevin was helpful with getting a good price for my Honda and explain it's benefits, however the finance office took forever to meet with me to finish my paperwork. There was also confusion on whether my dad and explain it's benefits, however the finance office took forever to meet with me to finish my paperwork.
