My wife really loves the Odyssey and so do my 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son. When I arrived home last night, we all piled into the minivan and drove around the neighborhood looking at Christmas lights. Mark Mead was patient as I looked for a used Honda that "I loved". Yes, I had to love the vehicle I was going to buy. Mark took me out on a test drive but I didn't "love" the vehicle so I left the dealersh "I loved". Yes, I had to love the vehicle I was going to buy. Mark continued to work with me via phone and email to find a car that suited my needs, specifications (which he remembered), and price range. He was prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails. Side note: While I was on site working with Mark I observed his interaction with another customer and he was friendly, courteous and attentive greeting and dealing with that customer as well.
