I have been searching to buy a car for a bout a year.... I remembered going to Criswell Nissan at Germantown and my first experience with Eric konan was outstanding with a spirit of excellent customer servi I remembered going to Criswell Nissan at Germantown and my first experience with Eric konan was outstanding with a spirit of excellent customer service, professionalism, patience , caring attitude and so forth.. As I explained to him the kind of car I was looking for, it was able to read into my mind and said, " Do not worry, I know exactly the kind of car accommodated to your need. I don 't need to walk you around in the parking." And I said, " I just want the see the Nissan Rogue and insisted." He replied, " If you insist then on that car, let 's go then for a tour. " I have tested all Nissan 2013 models and did not like them at all... So, I said, " Now I am ready to give a trial to your recommended car." He brought the Nissan juke and as my first impression, I just got in love with the car , just from the exterior approach. I entered the car and drove around... The driving pattern, the gadgets of the car, the positive spirit into it, the design and quality into it, was just " WAOUH" compared to all the Nissan Rogues I have tested previously. All of those above mentioned tools made me finalize and buy the car that day even though I never intended to do so. Many thanks to Eric Konan........ Even now, everyday single day I have been driven the car around, or in the parking lot , or elsewhere, many compliments have been done in that car. I would greatly recommend anyone to go and have Eric Konan as the car saler... He is great and oustsome.. More

I wanted a very specific car Criswell had on their lot. The bottom line of this entire review is that Ajay K Sood probably got credit for this sale but did absolutely nothing to earn it. My boyfriend and I came to purchase this car because it was the exact one I wanted and their price was very good. We arrived at 9:30 am on a Saturday and didn't even get to drive the car we wanted to buy (or any car) until after 11:30 am because the car we wanted didn't have a key to it. That's right, from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we sat in our desired vehicle, over two hours had passed. Mind blowing, isn't it? Especially considering my boyfriend had called the night before and spoken to Ajay and told him we were coming in to look at the car the next day. For the vast majority of the time we were there, we were left sitting alone in the used car sales office waiting for this car. Luckily for them we had our hearts set on this car, and we're incredibly patient, and can keep ourselves entertained. Doug, the used car manager would walk by every once in a while and assure us they were getting a key made. Ajay, meanwhile, was helping other customers. Another used car salesman, Mark, was actually the most delightful of the bunch and even though he probably got no credit for the sale, he was the only one who showed any interest in taking care of us. Had we been there for a car we weren't already set on buying, we would have walked out in no time. Then, when it came time to discuss price, they then added tax, tags, and dealership processing fees, which is completely expected and necessary, and exactly what the website said would be added to the price of the car. Except that for some reason, Criswell tries to tack on an additional $695 "preparation fee." Preparation fee? Are you serious? What did they prepare? We were offended and Doug came out to tell us that this was the cost of reconditioning of the car. My boyfriend told him he knows it costs the dealership a tiny fraction of that to get the car detailed, and further more, it was never disclosed on the internet that this would be a fee I'd have to pay. Also, perhaps when they were "preparing" the vehicle, maybe they could have made a key for it? Just a thought. We were treated like idiots, and I did not appreciate it. Andy was a delight to have in the finance office, and his long tenure there (I believe he said he's been working there 12 years) showed. We would recommend Andy in finance and Mark in used cars any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Very kind people, actually looked like they cared about us. Also, and this last part is such a minor thing, but it really struck a nerve with us considering our own experience in sales. I hope someone at the dealership reads this part in particular: Ajay asked my boyfriend and I if we would like any coffee and we declined. However, I watched him offer coffee to another couple, and the woman responded that she would in fact like some coffee. He proceeded to tell her if she wanted some there was coffee in the next building over. ...the next building over? Are you serious? Why would you offer someone something if you're going to A.) make them get it themselves and B.) it's not even in the building you're in? Someone has to teach Ajay how to be a sales person. Fast. I was in the market for a new car and e-mailed True Car.com. I am a true Honda lover, this is my 4th Honda. I started getting responses from the dealers with in a 50 min. radis of my home. I seemed to connect well with e-mails and by phone with Mr. Bill Lum. His personality was GREAT and he was able to answer my questions and had the car that I was looking for to purchase. Once I got to the dealer I meet with David Ki who assisted me with a test drive and preparation paperwork, application process. He was also so welcoming and kind. My finance person was Victro Azari, he explained everything in detail and made me aware of additional options. Mr. Azari helped to complete my excellent experience with purchasing my new car at Criswell. I live in Catonsville and found Criswell Honda on Autotrader.com while looking for safe clean used car for my Daughter. Her car was totaled by another driver. Autotrader.com and Edmunds.com gave me t Autotrader.com while looking for safe clean used car for my Daughter. Her car was totaled by another driver. Autotrader.com and Edmunds.com gave me the info.to decide on several cars. As I spoke with several auto dealers by phone, I found Criswell to be easy to talk to, they answered my questions honestly. I knew this because I knew some of the answers already by internet info. of Edmunds. The person I spoke with was Walter. I went the 40 miles to Criswell due to their friendliness and of course they had a car that fit our need and price. I came to Criswell the next day and dealt with Mark Mead, after test driving the Nissan Versa and found it was just what was best for our Daughter ( basic car with little frills just good reports and good gas mileage ). Mark worked with us to agree on a price satisfactory to us. Mark even honored the agreement that Walter discussed on the phone after we set the price. Mark smoothed the way with the finance dept. When we worked with Mahaman Kolo business mgr. he helped smooth the way with problem of our tags from wrecked car. One tag was lost when old car was towed to lot in Catonsville. Mahaman worked with to solve best way to handle tag problem. Overall the price was good, car was better, but customer service was best. Yes I would recommend Criswell Honda and Mark Mead. Larry More
